Suite à une panne sur notre véhicule personnel, l'assistance Mercedes-Benz nous a orienté vers cette agence pour louer un véhicule le temps des réparations.
Après 2 jours de location et moins de 100km parcouru, nous rendons le véhicule en parfait état en dehors des heures d'ouvertures de l'agence sur le parking prévu par l'agence et selon les modalités de restitution indiquées dans le contrat.
Le lendemain matin, surprise! Un mail nous indique un dommage sur le pare-brise avant, et notre relevé de compte 2 paiements frauduleux d'un montant total de 1 500€ !
Après contact avec l'agence, nous recevons une photo censée montrer l'impact mais celui-ci n'est pas visible. Ensuite, plus aucun contact possible de l'agence, qui nous renvoie vers un autre service d'Enterprise (fr-accidents) d'une lenteur et inutilité sans nom.
Le Service Client d'Enterprise France ne prend pas en compte notre réclamation non plus.

Plusieurs infractions de la part du loueur dans cette affaire:
- Nous avons réalisé une unique autorisation de paiement de 300€ par CB en guise de caution. L'agence a ensuite réalisé 2 paiements frauduleux (je ne sais pas comment) avec notre CB alors que celle-ci est toujours en notre possession
- L'agence invente un dommage qui n'est à la fois pas visible sur les photos transmises et qui n'existait pas lors du retour du véhicule
- Un "forfait" pour le dommage est prélevé, ce qui est totalement illégal. Un devis d'un réparateur tiers doit être transmis en amont, laissant la possibilité d'une contre-expertise.

Nous avons porté plainte auprès de notre banque et de la gendarmerie, puis signalé ces escrocs sur SignalConso.
Affaire en cours, pour le moment la totalité de notre argent ne nous a pas été resitué. Nous irons jusqu'en justice si nécessaire, en espérant faire condamner cette agence

Review:
Absolute fraud by Enterprise (Helvetic Motion AG). I (Rental Agreement ZRHT72-176389), have been charged for pre-existing damages that were already present on the vehicle at the time of pick-up. We have undeniable photographic evidence with digital timestamps from July 21st, which proves the scratches were there before we even touched the car.

Furthermore, regarding the separate parking incident, a formal, signed third-party liability accident protocol was properly submitted. This is a clear insurance case for the driver who hit us, not a personal charge for the renter.

I have contacted customer support more thank 5 TIMES, providing all the necessary documents and photos. Your claims department completely ignores the facts and refuses to look at the database. You just illegally charged our card, causing a technical overdraft on the bank account.

I will proceed with an official complaint to the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) and the Swiss Financial Ombudsman. Drop this claim now!

after i paid online true economy booking, on august 2nd 2026 Belgrade Aeroport enterprise agent told me to pay 400euros or sigh ,anything happend to the car i have to pay 34.000 Euros i had no choice but pay now after so many emails phone calls no luck may advise do not use this rent true economy booking and enteprise

Nous avions réservé un véhicule le 26 septembre 2026 pour 16h à l'agence de Versailles (78000), rue des Chantiers.
À notre arrivée à 15h57 on tombe sur plusieurs clients, dont certains pour des retours de véhicule. Deux employés au comptoir.

Tout le monde est servi sauf nous.
16h15. Le temps passe. L'un des employés prend en charge deux clients, mais surprise : l'autre employé, soudainement libre, ne nous regarde même pas, quitte l'agence pour aller laver un véhicule au garage. Et cela s'éternise, car les clients en question ne sont pas francophones. Il est pratiquement 16h30, j'interrompt alors poliment le premier employé pour lui partager le fait que j'organise mon emploi du temps en fonction d'une prise en charge à 16h00 et non 16h30, que son collègue aurait dû s'occuper de nous et je demande même qu'il le rappelle pour nous.

Soudainement il me lance un "il travaille aussi", suivi de "il doit s'occuper de la voiture de ces clients". Lorsque je lui fais part du retard, pas d'excuse, juste un "je sais".

Et comme si ça ne suffisait pas, je lui demande d'annuler ma réservation et lui affirme qu'il existe quatre autres loueurs dans la ville. Il me sort alors d'un ton arrogant "allez-les voir". En sortant de l'agence, après avoir dit "je n'irai plus chez vous", il me sort "très bien".

Bref... Un employé avec un âge mental digne d'une cours de récréation de maternelle, et qui n'est, comme beaucoup, pas à sa place dans la société. Le travail doit se mériter et être donné aux plus méritants. Un employé ne doit pas se contenter de prendre un salaire et faire des tâches, ce serait trop facile. Je n'ai pas mon temps à perdre avec un tel niveau d'imbécilité.

Enterprise system would not accept a credit card that had been used across the world. As a result had to pay very high insurance. Sure enough a small dent was found on the bonnet on return which will enable enterprise to use the insurance we paid. The car did not have a full tank on pickup & was not clean. The whole experience left us doubting the honesty of the organization & would not recommend others to enterprise. Enterprise appeared good value however we had to pay an additional 340euros for insurance because the system didn’t accept our credit card which no longer made it competitive

We had two issues with the Rental. 1) two flat tires on back, apparently something unseen on the road punctured the tires. The local Enterprise called a repair service in Amarillo. Texas added air and sent us to a local repair shop. They patched one tire n put a new one in the other. Yes, we had a couple hours or more lost on our vacation but it was getting us back on the road! Next after reaching our destination in Phoenix a surrounding areas the cars electrical system shut down! Had to wait for tow truck unload our belongings, wait for an Uber to take us back to Flagstaff airport to get a replacement car equal to the van we had been driving. Reload stuff into Uber and then load in replacement car. Enterprise arranged it all for us. Of course we lost most of that days travel and vacation time. Back to hotel after to spend night n load up rest of luggage. Finally at the end of our vacation and a return of our rental to the Warrensburg, MO location. Rhiannon (Rhi) Carnal verified the issues, considered the time and inconvenience of our trip and credited and discounted our bill! We did not expect it to be such a generous offer. Thank you Rhi! We will be repeat customers!

I needed to rent a car due to unforseen circumstances and I either needed the car dropped off at my location or someone to come pick me up. When I called to make the reservation I was told that someone would pick me up, however, after I was transferred to the office the lady said that they don't do pick ups on Saturday due to only one person being in the office. I had to inconvenience people in order to get a ride to the location. The lady working in the office is super sweet and stayed calm despite the phones ringing off the hook and the mass of people in the lobby. This office is only open until noon on Saturday and has one person working reservations and returns. She needed help!!!

J'ai loué une voiture pendant 12 jours (ma voiture étant en réparation). Je me suis adressée à ENTERPRISE à Cannes (06 Alpes-Maritimes) 8 place de la gare (à coté de la gare de Cannes). Je n'ai que des compliments à faire pour toute l'équipe. Johanna Rey qui a suivi mon dossier a été très professionnelle et d'une grande gentillesse : très à l'écoute, très bon suivi du dossier. Elle s'est assurée par email si tout se passait bien à plusieurs reprises. Je n'avais jamais conduit de voiture avec une boite automatique, les gens de l'équipe ont pris le temps de m'expliquer, et avant que je parte avec la voiture, ils ont pris le temps de m'expliquer les fonctions de la voiture qui m'avait été attribué. Je n'ai eu aucun problème et la voiture qui m'a été attribuée était parfaite pour moi. J'ai aussi apprécié que cette agence trouve une solution pour me trouver un véhicule rapidement avec toutes mes demandes. Ils ont ainsi permis que je ne sois pas pénalisée pour mon travail car j'ai impérativement besoin d'une voiture pour travailler, mon bureau étant à + de 50 km de mon domicile. Je ne dirais qu'un mot : parfait !

Ich fahre seit Jahren nach Kanada. Unsere Wahl der Autovermietung dort fällt immer auf enterprise. Da ich dort immer auf einen pickuptruck bestehe und enterprise eine sehr gute Auswahl hat. Das einchecken über die Webseite ist absolut problemlos und die ganze Abwicklung ebenfalls. Das Auto abholen und abgeben funktioniert immer reibungslos und schnell. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer nett und hilfsbereit. Weiter so!

Do not use this company they are a scam outfit.vehicle to start with was not fit for hire warning lights alerting that there was no oil, service over due & warning low tyre pressure on all tyres. checked the car on pick up and took photos of existing damage, when dropped off at car dealership who arranged the hire I had no reason to think anything was wrong I have now had £250 taken from my account because they say one of the tyres had a nick in it. no one contacted me and no paperwork was left with the dealership to say damage was identified at collection and no attempt to bring this to my attention! whose to say the person from enterprise didn’t damage the tyre.

Enterprise charged us a handling fee of $28.50, for a so-called traffic fine. We asked for proof of the fine, but never had a reply despite escalating to customer services and complaints. This was through Woodford/Enterprise Cape Town Airport. May be a small fee, but fraudulent nonetheless - it seems they rely on most people not bothering to contest the fee. Adding up, it is a large sum of money they gain for no valid reason whatsoever.

J'ai loué un utilitaire pour 3 jours. Je l'ai rendu le matin à 7h30 au lieu de 18h qu je avais prévu au cas où.
En conduisant je voyais un voyant lié à la pression des pneus. Effectivement, il y avait un pneu largement moins gonflé que les 3 autres (1,2 bar versus 3 bars habituels). J'avais appelé l'agence pour les prévenir, qui a apparemment écrit dans le dossier.
À la fin, on me prélève plus de 1000€ car apparemment il y aurait eu un dommage avec la voiture alors qu'on a fait le tour, pris en vidéos et photos avant de rendre. La voiture n'avait rien. Je n'ai pas reçu le rapport d'incident m'expliquant le problème rencontré. Je ne recommande pas de louer ici.

Called 3 times got a confirmation number to cancel a reservation was said I would get email conformation each time given a different number went online still saw reservation still. Call center blames it on location blames it on the call center no one would take responsibility. Third attempt went to the location that I made reservations same thing one person on staff phone rang the whole time I was in there waiting to be waited on no one even bothered to answer the phone was in there 30 minutes to be waited on each time phone rang the whole time unanswered. Finally got my turn they said printer was not working could not print a receipt to prove cancellation. Do not go there, do not use them.

We reserved a Rav 4. They said you can't have one if you're driving to Canada because they get stolen. So they gave us a minivan for the same price.
Also when returning it to Boston Logan the person that helped me was so professional and outstanding service.

Currently in the middle of two truck rentals RA#: 50Sxxx and RA#: 50Rxxx, not very satisfied with the quality and maintenance of the vehicles rented, on Friday the 18th having traveled approximately 62 miles with one of the vehicles required roadside assistance, called into the help line and was first advised that they couldn't assist and would be sending another truck to replace the one that had broke down. Explained to the representative that its not that simple since the vehicle was loaded and had hired loaders for 4 hours to load the truck, the representative was apologetic but unable to assist. I was then referred to call another number not displayed on the vehicle for roadside assistance, called and explained the trucks condition to the new representative and was advised to look for a text on the duration to wait for roadside assistance, at 7am the original call was placed, received multiple text stating 105-135minutes until roadside assistance would arrive. at five and a half hours later roadside assistance arrived and began to diagnose the problem, the technician was able to determine the problem withing 10min and called for authorization from Enterprise to approve the work, it took 2 hours for the technician to receive that go ahead for the repair that would take 10min removing a bad part and installing a replacement. With the delays in authorizing the repair had to wait an additional hour for the part to arrive to the technician. Due to the multiple levels of customer service steps and lengthy steps the technicians had to follow the trip was delayed an overall 8 hours pushing back my arrival in Alabama to an additional day, having to reschedule my unloaders. Further anxiety is caused by the various warning and maintenance lights that have constantly notified us of the need for maintenance on the vehicles.
I originally requested 2x 26ft trucks for this move from NY to AL, was unable to have guaranteed both trucks for an additional week of waiting, and now having operated the vehicles I might have been better off seeking your competitor, I have been an enterprise member for several years and have rented vehicles and numerous occasions never having issues that I'm currently having. Not sure if this is a one-off issue with unmaintained vehicles or a standard practice going forward.

Booked a car rental but I was not able to get it because I only had my id on my phone, not physical. So I asked for a refund. It has been 2 months now, so many calls to the only phone number available for customer service. Absolutely appalling service where they swear it will be done but they can’t do anything, blaming the situation on high demand. Initially I was understanding but 2 months is absolutely unacceptable. High demand does not make refunding impossible. I have now called 10 times. Save yourself from having your money held hostage by this company and book somewhere else!

They have fraudulently taken 1,700 Swiss Francs from our credit card. Do not rent from this rental car company. I rented a car from them on 28th August 2026. On pick up they said there was prior damage to the car we had been given. We took photos of the damage when we arrived at the car hire bay which were time stamped to prove the damage had happened before our rental commenced (you have to take a minibus from the rental desk at the airport to the multistorey car park where the rental cars are stored). Two weeks later after we had returned the car Enterprise sent us photos of exactly the same damage as we had recorded at pick up and said we had damaged it during our subsequent hire and then took 1,700 Swiss francs from our credit card, even though we sent them our time stamped photos of the car (with the same damage) when picking up the car initially. We are now trying to get hold of someone on the phone (having tried email) to contest this but with no progress made whatsoever. We have given them numerous chances to rectify this but to no avail.

I booked a car at the Normal, Illinois location about 1½ weeks out. When I arrived at the location at the specified date/time, I was told "sorry, no cars are available. We tried to call you to let you know". Except there was no call (I checked my phone and my cell provider, and they have my correct number). The rep made no effort to contact other locations; no customer service at all other than "you could call back later to see if we get in any cars." I had to leave the next morning before the location opened, so "calling back" wasn't an option.

After a scramble, I was able to get a car from Hertz, but at over 2½ times the cost of the Enterprise booking. I'll never rent from Enterprise again-won't take a chance on "no cars available".

Votre location est réglée mais si vous arrivez en retard la voiture a été relouée et vous n'êtes pas remboursée. Ctte société loue les voitures 2 fois. C'est une escroquerie !!!!
