1717 Bayshore Dr. Miami--in the Doubletree Grand Hotel. After getting off a cruise, I picked up an economy car at this location. The guy assisting me asked if I had car insurance. I didn't because I don't own a car and was only in the USA for 3 days. He tried to pressure me into buying collision insurance, but I told him my credit card covers rental cars. I did pay for the liability insurance in case I was at fault in a collision and the other part was injured. When the attendant brought the car around to the front of the hotel, he said I could take "a few photos" if I wanted as I was looking over the paint and body. After I took only 3, he said, "Hey, I said only a few photos!" like I was wasting his time or trying to pull a fast one or something. I dropped the car off at a different location, and the guy there was a total jerk (I've made a review for that location), and even though I was not in a collision, their collections department tried to get me to pay over $1600 for damage I didn't do (I've made a different review for that too), and I wished I had more photos!

Enterprise scammed me. I have been a loyal customer for many years to Enterprise. They allowed me to make a reservation using points for an amazing rate on the rental. Suddenly, on day before rental, discovered that the reservation location had gone out of business. Instead of honoring my original reservation rate, that was reserved at least 6 months before, they canceled the entire reservation to make me start with a new reservation (after speaking with 4 different agents).With the new reservation, the rate is more than double what my initial reservation rate was and it won't allow me to use my points at all saying it's below the minimum required points. I will never use Enterprise again and will not recommend to anyone.

My elderly neighbor illegally parked his rental and it was towed. Enterprise took 3 days ( a weekend and a holiday) to pick up the car. My neighbor had to pay a huge amount in storage fees. He left the keys for Enterprise to pick up the car. They charged him $700 to pick up the car and take it a few miles back to Enterprise. SHAME ON YOU ENTERPRISE! I will never do business with them again!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service may vary by branch, but do not use the Bedford South branch unless you want to be overcharged and treated with complete disrespect.

The staff are unprofessional, evasive and more interested in squeezing money out of customers than providing any level of service. They’ve lost a customer for life — all over a tiny chip in the windscreen that was already there when I hired the car. That small chip was suddenly labelled a “crack”, and they immediately upheld the excess.

Trying to speak to the managerial team is pointless. You are ignored, dismissed, and left to challenge something that will go nowhere.

I’m used to documenting hire cars abroad, but I didn’t realise this has now become essential in the UK too. If you don’t take detailed photos and videos when collecting the vehicle, they will find something later to justify keeping your deposit or charging the excess.

Be careful.

I (Dorie Sterling) received exceptionally good service. I had no way to pick up a rental car and they sent Terry to pick me up. Terry is a good, responsible & safe driver. Terry was very courteous & acted professionally.
Jenee (Branch Manager) was efficient, professional, helpful & very friendly. I was upset yet she diffused my anger & addressed what I needed, along with providing information on things I should consider having on the rental car (insurance, option of prepaid fuel.. etc). Jenee was professional & explained things clearly. I spoke briefly with Zack (Assistant Manager) and he too was helpful and friendly. I didn’t have a way to get home and Ashley (Manager Trainee) took me home. I was truly pleased with the help and service provided by the four employees that helped me. They were focused on providing exceptional service. My experience was very good. I would use Enterprise again and recommend them to anyone that needs a rental car.

Réservation d'un fourgon de 20m3 avec hayon le mardi pour le vendredi. Tout se passe normalement. Le jeudi à 18 h, appel pour m'indiquer que le véhicule n'est pas dispo.
Remplacement possible par un 6m3...
Pas de solutions, impossible de parler à un responsable.
Des mauvais de chez nul.
Eviter l'agence de Bordeaux Gare Saint Jean et peut être même toute l'enseigne.

Very disappointing experience with this Enterprise branch at 240 Kingsbury Road. London

I had booked a van and, when I arrived to collect it, there was a significant delay. The van was supposed to travel to Manchester, and the delay caused serious problems with a customer we had made a commitment to.

The manager apologised and promised to refund half of my rental cost. However, for the past six months, every time I have passed by and followed up, I have been told that it would be done. Nothing has happened.

At this point, I feel like I have simply been ignored and my situation has not been taken seriously. Making a promise to a customer and repeatedly failing to honour it is extremely disappointing.

I would not recommend this branch based on my experience.

Ich appeliere nochmal an alle die sich über diese Firma ein Auto mieten wollen, besteht am Tag der Anmietung am Schalter auf den Road assistance Pannenhilfe Schutz! Das kann nur der Verkäufer abschliessen und eingeben und schaut ob kein Service aufscheint. Denn bei mir war das der Fall und die Batterie war komplett leer in meinem Urlaub daraufhin wurde eine Pannenhilfe organisiert und mir wurden 693,-CHF verrechnet weil ich keinen Road assistance hatte!!Frechheit. Es gibt keinen Ansprechpartner nur Mail und man bekommt keine Infos ... Leider kann ich diese Firma nicht empfehlen!

we rented a car from Enterprise Heathrow in July 2026 . The customer service we got from then was fantastic they couldn't have been more helpful . our first car would not fit all the luggage so they changed the car to one with more space .
Amro who was helping us was so good friendly helpful just what you want after a flight . on returning the car we had Amro again and he made the return so easy and I was able to let him know that there had been a fault with the car so he was getting it serviced before it went out with anyone else .
would definitely be using enterprise again when we return back to the UK for a holiday .

Voiture très propre.
A Tours, Mademoiselle me dit arriver dans 10min, j'ai mon fils de 6ans, le garage ayant entendu les 10min, ferme donc ses portes, on attendra 1h30 sur un parking en plein soleil en aout 2026.
Le début de location enregistré a 11h ( heure du dépannage) j'ai eu la voiture a 15h!!! une honte.
A peine 18h, l'agence de rennes me harcèle au téléphone ( 5 appels) pour savoir quand il récupére la voiture.
A rennes un directeur jeune irrespectueux qui parle comme un chien aux clients et collaborateurs.
Pour mon retour, ils doivent venir me chercher a 9h. ca les emmerde, du coup 9h30 et a 25 ils appellent pour dire que ce sera 45.
Le préparateur n'y est pour rien.
Agence cesson sévigné prise en charge véhicule, une voiture avec 140km d'autonomie même pas le plein alors qu'il le facture 3€ du litre!!!!

J'y retourne il garde la voiture et me dise " faut appeler l'assistance j'ai pas d autre véhicule"
je me retrouve sur leur parking, il s'en foute totalement et je me débrouille pour aller chez europcar qui est au top pour pallier a ses concurrents amateur et irrespectueux.
Messieurs si vous avez un boulot qui vous emmerde, changez en, car s'est vos clients qui vous font manger.

Enterprise car rental location at 5542 L B Mcleod Rd in Orlando fl is an amazing location. Staff very professional. Luana Kirschner Kotscho was great. Great customer service skills.

I have been using the Windsor enterprise, on Tecumseh road, for several years now. The service has been excellent. Never a problem. I always get the type of vehicle I need, easy returns, no pushy staff trying to make me buy something I don't want or need. Last time in June, I dealt with Mr Gavin Dehal. Personable, well spoken, and got me on the road quickly. I can't speak for all the locations, but I would highly recommend this one.

Enterprise Rental Car branch in Portland, Oregon, had no small cars available for almost half an hour, even though I had ordered the car well beforehand. It seems this is becoming an industry problem, apparently particularly in the summer although this was September. The standard of service seems to have dropped away dramatically in the industry over the last 10 years. It is frustrating when they try to fob you off with a larger car that you don’t want.

Avoid Enterprise Rent A Car, particularly the Basildon branch

On Friday, 11 September 2026, I booked and paid online for a seven seat vehicle from Enterprise Rent A Car in Basildon (the morning of the 12 September) so that I could take my son and his belongings to university. Enterprise took payment from my credit card, confirmed the booking, and asked me to complete online check in and provide my personal information.

At 6:07 pm on the same day, after the branch and customer service lines had closed, I received a call saying that no seven seat vehicle would be available for collection on Saturday morning.

The timing was appalling. Nobody was contactable, the online chat was not working, and there was absolutely no support available. Enterprise Basildon waited until it was too late for me to speak to anyone or make suitable alternative arrangements for an important and time sensitive journey.

Most concerningly, the Basildon branch manager, told me that the website is unreliable and that customers should not assume that vehicles shown as available online are actually available. This is an extraordinary admission. If Enterprise knows that its website does not reliably reflect vehicle availability, why does it continue to accept bookings and take customers’ money before confirming that it can provide the vehicle?

The Manager was unhelpful and appeared to treat the situation as though it were my problem. I was offered a much smaller vehicle that was clearly unsuitable, and this was presented as though Enterprise were doing me a favour. I was also told that other branches had been checked and that no seven seat vehicle was available.

I have now been told that it may take three days for the money to be returned to my credit card. Meanwhile, the charge remains on my account and may attract interest, even though Enterprise failed to provide the service for which it took payment. Nobody has addressed this additional cost or inconvenience.

A refund does not undo the disruption. I was left without the transport needed to take my son to university and with virtually no opportunity to find a suitable replacement.

This was a woefully disappointing experience. Based on what happened, an Enterprise online confirmation cannot be treated as assurance that the vehicle will actually be provided. I strongly advise customers to use another rental company, particularly if the journey is important or time sensitive.

I will never ever use Enterprise Car Rental Ireland again! Horrendous company to deal with and took money (€250) from our account without any notification or reason for doing so! This rental was organised via an insurance company, Red Click, used by someone who damaged our car!
The car was handed over without any inspection made and only a brief run through of how the car operates! A week after we returned the car where we picked it up, our account was debited by €250 (as said no notification or explanation) for a supposed bulge in the tyre! Turns out the photos taken by Enterprise Rent A Car did not match where we had left the car (at car garage) and also only inspected 18.5 hours after the car was returned - the car was moved (twice based on the photos shown) and no definitive answer as to where this supposed small bulge in the tyre came from!! No resolution and dreadful customer service when we phoned for an explanation! Still waiting for the Insurance Company to come after an ‘investigation’ was to happen! We will also be taking this to the Consumer Protection agency to ensure awareness for this underhand way of extracting money from customers without any explanation or opportunity to dispute!!! Steer clear!!!

Habe am 6.8.2026 einen Golf angemietet. Beim Halt in Berlin (Fahrt von Bonn nach Schwerin) habe ich bemerkt, dass hinten eine Kopfstütze fehlt. Konnte somit nicht vier weitere Personen im Auto mitnehmen. Leider habe ich mich nicht sofort bei Enterprise beschwert.
Bei Rückgabe am 13.8.2026 habe ich mich beschwert, am 18.8.2026 ruft mich ein Mitarbeiter von Enterprise an und teilt mir mit, dass das mit der fehlenden Kopfstütze geklärt ist und mir nichts berechnet wird.
Am 10.9.2026 kommt von Enterprise die eine Rechnung mit TüV-Bericht und Schadensersatzforderung.
Fazit: Alle Kritiker haben Recht: Mietet ein Auto überall aber nicht bei Enterprise!

Clients depuis quelques années, nous avons récemment eue une très mauvaise expérience dans cette agence.
Le personnel nous a donné une voiture endommagée (crevaison d’un pneu) sans nous prévenir (on aurait refusé) et en connaissance de cause.
L’entreprise n’a pas rempli son obligation de nous louer un véhicule en bonne condition et a mis en danger nos vies et celle de notre bébé.
Absolument inacceptable…
De plus véhicules souvent sales et rendus avec des quantités d’essence bizarres (jamais le plein), qui sont difficiles à calculer, donc on leur fait toujours de cadeaux.

A pesar de las esperas y algún problema inicial, la Oficina del aeropuerto de Vigo gestionó de forma impecable la situación. Especialmente el recepcionista de la Oficina interior y su compañera del parking. ( de los compañeros de la Oficina del parking no puedo decir lo mismo)
Ellos y el personal que gestiona la post-venta consiguieron que una gran decepción se convirtiera en la certeza de que cuando necesite un vehículo en la península, repetiré con ellos sin duda.

Un seul conseil FUYEZ cette société !!

Suite à un accident (une voiture n'a pas respecté un stop et m'est rentré dedans), l'assistance me réserve une citadine essence du 4 au 8 septembre par l'entreprise "Enterprise".
Appel de l'agence d'Auxerre le 2/09 à 10h30 pour convenir de l'horaire et valider le véhicule essence pour le 4/09 à 9h à l'agence d'Auxerre.

Appel le 4/09 à 8h30 : pas de véhicule avant au mieux fin de matinée, alors que je précise que je dois partir en séminaire de travail en Vendée où je suis attendue pour 16h ... Proposition de me faire emmener à l'agence de Troyes en taxi où un véhicule m'attend.
Du coup arrivée à Troyes à 11h15, on me remet une C3 ... électrique (300km d'autonomie sur le papier)...
La personne de l'agence de Troyes me dit "si ca ne vous convient pas, appelez Auxerre et voyez avec eux pour changer le véhicule".

Obligation de prendre l'autoroute pour pouvoir recharger le véhicule sans chercher de bornes = des frais importants de péage non prévus
Obligation de recharger tous les 120/130 km = à nouveau des frais non prévus ET un retard qui s'accumule
Arrivée en Vendée à 23h30 ... j'ai raté l'accueil, l'apéritif et le dîner de bienvenue ainsi que les explications du séminaire...

Évidemment le même topo au retour, soit une dépense évitable de #300€

De plus les 2 personnes auxquelles j'ai eu affaire, n'ont montré aucune envie d'essayer d'arranger les choses ....
Vraiment extrêmement déçue
