I had a triple sliding door and frame fitted to a 4th floor balcony in 2007. Marcus Barnard being the principle, met with me a couple of times and picked me up to visit the showroom. I have since replaced all three double glazed panels (the last one today) over that period, one under warranty and the other two paid for (perfectly normal for windows that get very hot sun on them in the summer).
Service has always been polite, prompt and civilised. Jenny organised todays visit and her husband Dan plus John carried the new unit up the stairs and took the old one away, no fuss and a bit of banter.
So good to have a company you can pick up the phone to, who are also a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend them more - and I do.
Thanks First Folding..........

Excellent service and advice from start to finish. Jenny in the office was really helpful arranging an appointment for the engineer to visit. When Dan the engineer arrived , nothing was too much bother and the issues were fixed quickly. Would thoroughly recommend 1st folding

I am immensely grateful to Daniel for his 5 star job that he carried out in my house. Daniel's professionalism was top. He even went for an extra mile by completing some other work which was not expected. Thank you so much!

Had an engineer from 1st folding doors come today for a repair job. Great service and always a pleasure dealing with the company. Just wondering my warranty is coming to an end and am hoping i will still be able to use their services for any future repairs.

These are the second bifold doors from 1st Folding that we have installed in two properties. This set are now in their 11th year. The recent service, (post 10 year warranty) could not have been better administered and executed by Jenny in the Service team and Daniel the engineer. There was a full service for the doors along with excellent advice (not to use oil but silicone on the mechanics) and a new set of handles! Feels like a new set of doors! Thanks for your fantastic service.

Great service from 1st Folding. They're super nice people and always helpful and responsive. Jenny in particular has been so lovely to deal with when we had a small issue, and that was fixed by Daniel who diagnosed and fixed on the spot. Thanks!

Excellent service - on time, on budget, good communication and extremely high quality product… very happy with my new doors and windows…

Bought my sliding doors a few years ago, recently had trouble with door so contacted the company to assist me. Turns out I’m still under their warranty and an appointment was booked quickly by Jenny. She was so helpful and reassuring. Engineer visited today and resolved the issue , ordered a new part also all under the warranty, amazing! Great customer service from engineer he was friendly and resolved the issue. Thank you for a smooth service , would highly recommend as they make great door and the aftercare service to match.

After an excellent experience of having bifolding doors installed by 1stfoldingslidingdoors many years ago, we recently experience some issues. When I contacted the office, Jenny was super helpful and responsive and Dan the engineer who came to fix the initial issue was very friendly, polite and quickly sorted out the problem. Another issue cropped up soon after which again was attended to speedily and I am convinced this too will be handled efficiently. This is an excellent company which delivers brilliant after sales service and I would highly recommend it.

My window’s are 8 years old so still under guarantee. I had a leak , called customer service , really polite and helpful, sent a fitter around and problem was resolved promptly. Great service 👍👍

In 2010 i had my first sliding doors installed in my house, Danny installed them and 15 years later Danny has returned to restore them. His workmanship and skill is off the chart. They could have easily pushed me to replace them but he didnt. Friendly and efficient, finding economical ways to fix a problem makes me a big fan. Marcus, Jenny and the team are amazing. When i first installed my folding doors i recommended to three fruends to use them, 15 years later they are all still happy with their doors. Absolutely amazing!

Had a visit from Dan today, what a lovely fella.
My Bi-Fold doors were fitted about 4 years ago and I’m so glad I used the guys at 1st Folding Sliding Doors.
From speaking to Jenny in the office to a service call by Dan at home they are always so polite and helpful.
Keep up the good work guys your doing a fantastic job.

Super happy with product and installation . Everyone we have spoken to/ met have been so friendly and professional. Product looks great and one year in we are still very pleased with our new windows, bifolds and French doors.

Dan went out of his way to get my windows fitted in time for a deadline. Cannot thank him enough.

The company has fitted doors/windows in my house. Some tricky windows put in really well. Very pleased with the work.

Dan came today to repair my folding door. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Jenny and Dan for organising the repair of our bay window ! I really appreciate your efficient organisation and the repair looks good too!

We had 1st Folding replace several of our windows, and provide us with 3 doors (2 rear doors and one front door). The ordering experience was extremely nice, and they were quite proactive about working with us through various options. Because of the Christmas holidays and a custom front door colour, it took them several extra weeks to find the optimal trim for our front door (I was told they came out with several different colours before they found something they were happy with)--but it was certainly worth the wait and now our front door looks fantastic as well.

Dan and Jenny came to replace one of the hinges on our bifold doors on a Sunday morning. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Would absolutely recommend. Five star service!

Just before Christmas, our bifolds wouldn’t open. As a mid-terrace house with rabbits and fish - this proved a problem!

The team at 1st fold went over and above to resolve the issue. Firstly, their customer care team troubleshooted the issue over the phone - enabling us to identify broken parts and a way to get the door open (enabling us to feed to rabbits).

Next, the team managed to get one of their installers out to us next day to replace the broken parts. The last working day before they closed for Christmas.

Great after care service on bifolds that were fitted in 2018. Highly recommended.

Jenny from the services department well really out of her way to help us when we had an issue with our bi-fold doors.
The jamming issue happened the day before we were going away for a week and it was really important to get it sorted asap. She was super busy that day but still managed to get the fault fixed
Thanks so so much
Definitely will recommend 1st Folding. Amazing service
