Overall a real pleasure all round!

Excellent service from Daniel, Paul and Jenny. Jenny is efficient, has superb product knowledge and is a great communicator. She was incredibly helpful as my doors are seventeen years old.
Daniel explained everything brilliantly and was good at managing expectations. Daniel and Paul were excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and hard-working engineers.
It’s rare to find a company who offer great service from both the office and the engineers.

We installed sliding doors from Enjoying the View in our Edwardian house in West London. As an interior designer I had a very clear idea of what I wanted, and they delivered it: slim frames, a beautiful finish and doors that glide open to bring the garden right into the house.

Communication was clear throughout and the team were a pleasure to deal with. Every time we open the doors it still makes us smile. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I'll happily recommend them to my own clients too.

We bought bi-fold doors some years ago and it was out of warranty. The doors had jammed. Pavlina at the company still sent a very helpful and friendly technician to our house to help, and they discovered that the door was fine but it was jammed by a piece of decking outside that had become loose - we all laughed about this and apologised for asking them to come out. Despite the fact that they spent time during the visit they insisted that they would not take payment. This was incredibly generous and it remained a happy memory from the Summer. This was great service and was hugely appreciated.

So grateful to Daniel who came and fixed our sliding door today. He was friendly, quick, and super knowledgeable. I also had another door which wasn’t operating properly and he looked at that and fixed it too. Thank you so much Daniel!

Daniel did a great job on our 1st folding doors. We have been really happy with the excellent doors and follow up service

We had our Bifolds installed 4 years ago and 1st folding sliding doors where so professional throughout the whole process and we were delighted with the final product. Recently we had minor issue with a closing mechanism on one of the doors. The aftercare service has been 1st class. Within one week an engineer had visited and fixed the issue. They also did a check of all the doors and replaced some of the seals between the doors and floor. I rarely post feedback reviews but on this occasion, a positive review is definitely deserved

Excellent and extremely efficient service this morning.

Daniel, friendly and timely 👍 great service

After a frustrating start , the company delivered in good time.
The engineer was very friendly and completed the job successfully.
Communication with jenny was excellent.

Brilliant robust attractive bi folders, fitted perfectly by Dan and the team. They’ve given our kitchen a real wow factor, and a lot of light! Great service.

Tricky job but very well executed by Dan and John. Immediately reassured. And both were very pleasant to deal with. Thanks very much for a job well done.

Great service from Daniel and Jenny. They were very helpful in re-arranging the visit and Daniel's work was first class. Quick, friendly and thoroughly recommended!

Great responsiveness from Jenny in the service department when we had an issue with our folding doors (nearly 10 years old). Booked an engineer to visit within the week and Daniel fixed them speedily. Great experience all round.

Absolutely lovely services from Daniel, he came out to fix a few issue on my bifold. Did a fantastic job, very courtesy and kind. Thank you

Superb service from start to finish. Problems with gasket seals and hinges were corrected. Communications from Jenny were clear and friendly and Daniel was ace in performing the work. 💯 % happy.

The doors are incredible. We had a BIG space to fill and the team have been fantastic. The Install was quick and easy and then the post install service is first class. As expected there were a few snags on such a large space but everyone has been so helpful and following up any situation that came up. Many thanks to Jenny and Dan for their attention to detail.

Having had our doors fitted 6 years ago, the lock had stiffened and was only intermittently locking. Jenny responded to my communication immediately and booked Dan in to assess the issue the same week. Dan called ahead of arrival to notify me of when he would be at the house, which I appreciated and was very accurate. When here, Dan was professional, personable and swift it assessing and rectifying the problem. As well as simply fixing the problem, Dan also advised on door maintenance also. Thank you for such excellent service.

First Folding’s Patio doors are massive and awesome. Installed in 2019, this was a service visit due to a lock issue. Jenny booked it. Dan turned up on time. Expert knowledge, experience & expertise and the doors are back to normal. Brilliant. Thanks guys.
