Perfect in every way!
Engage organised a work event at for us at Epsom Derby and from start to finish the experience exceeded all our expectations. Having attended a number of various Raceday's at various locations I can honestly say the Epsom Derby Day in the View Hospitality Suite was by far the best horse racing event we have been too. Engage went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect; the staff, the food and location couldn't have been any better - thank you so much!

CHELTENHAM RACES
1. The tables of 12 are big and too close to each other.
You therefore cannot enjoy the experience.
People cannot get past without constantly interrupting seated guests.
2. The food was not up to standard and served cold.
3. We had an issue at last orders. We ordered our last drinks 15 minutes before closing and we didn't get them. A very disappointing end to the day.

Hi there, thanks for the review, we really appreciate the feedback.
Great to here that you liked the facility and the organisation of the event was up to standard.
I've let the team know with regards to your feedback on the food and the drink at the event, we're always striving to work with the catering team to deliver a high quality dining experience and we'll discuss the portion size and quality with them before our next event.
Hope to see you at an event in the near future.

Food was good and the service very attentive. Too many people in the venue so hard to hear some conversations, venue should be open at half time to allow for a quick refreshment grab if you wish to. Clearing up started early and in the end you got a sense of the staff just wanting you to leave. The event cost is high so you should not feel that way as a guest.

Thanks a lot for the review Mark, really appreciate the extensive feedback.
Unfortunately the venue itself enforces that our facility isn't able to open at half time due to safety regulations and is something out of our control, which is reflected among many of the hospitality options.
We hope to see you at an event in the near future
Everything was great
Everything was great, however the you should be able to use the facility toilets at half time - it's crazy we spent £000's to be there but were locked out at half time......

Thanks a lot for the feedback. Unfortunately this is a security based requirement from the venue and something out of our control. We appreciate your feedback and will remind the venue that it is a negative experience for our guests. We hope to see you at an event in the near future, I'm glad everything else was great for you.
