Lucy Larch has been nothing but a gem. She is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been working with her for 4 years now and she knows I’m hard work but she deals with me very well and her customer service is impeccable. Highly recommend her to look after you and give you 10/10 service!

Brilliant day from start to finish! Fantastic view of the cricket, staff were friendly and efficient throughout. The only reason for 4 not 5 stars is that I felt that the food fell short a bit. Very small portions and starter and dessert not keen on. Otherwise a great experience!

I bought tickets for My Chemical Romance at Wembley, I was a little bit concerned that the actual seats weren’t allocated until a few day before the event but they were fantastic seats, the whole experience was amazing and this will now be my go to for big events.

As a surprise for my birthday my husband purchased tickets to the Madrid F1 3 day event through Engage Hospitality with Paddock Club access.
The venue he was shown included a terrace so you could walk right out and see the racing cars. Very exciting! And reviews of Engage Hospitality online led him to believe the event would be well managed.
Unfortunately the actual experience was VERY different. First we were given a drop off point that was many blocks from the actual entry. There were no Engage personnel anywhere to direct us so we were left to wander around the outside of the facility asking multiple staff members and finally finding an entrance that was past all the general entry gates. When your entrance is much worse than EVERYONE else it’s concerning. Then we had to wander back through the facility loading bays as, again, we were forced to ask anyone we could find how to get in.
We had received a message that our venue had been upgraded (see air quotes!) to Club Suite 1. What this meant was that we no longer had access to a terrace in our venue, instead there were structural supports blocking the view, no terrace and you had to watch racing on television screens. There was access to part of the Global Partners terrace - this meant you walked through 1/2 of a very large facility, multiple corridors, upstairs and then more corridors. Once you arrived, there was very little seating or shade. And if you wanted to sit down in an air conditioned space you had to make the lengthy return trip to Club Suite 1. It was all very hot and tiring as you made your way through crowds of people all trying to get somewhere.
The buffet food was limited but well cooked, and the service staff at Madring were exceptional. The Madring staff was the ONLY highlight.
We met the Engage host briefly when we finally arrived at the Club Suite and then never saw her again. The entire experience was both exhausting and disappointing, we could have the same ability to see the race from our hotel room with better air conditioning.
Exiting the Madring facility was the reverse of our entry. Walk here, there and everywhere, asking anyone you met how to leave. After multiple dead ends we finally got out only to walk for blocks to get transportation. It was 83 degrees in the shade, not fun.
During the exit marathon we found a different entrance that was much more direct and should have been communicated. The Club Suite ‘upgrade’ was in reality a downgrade, and because of the blocked view felt very ‘enclosed’.
We won’t be attending the remaining days of the event and we won’t be using Engage again ever.
The one highlight is that we are in Madrid, a beautiful city and by skipping the remaining days will have more time to explore.

We ran our first client event with Engage at Ascot and were really impressed with the whole experience. From the very first conversations, it was clear that they really care about each event and making it just right for everyone going. I dealt with two people at Engage: Alex and Rowan. Both were great to deal with - very responsive, helpful, and passionate about what they do. The Engage team were also present and a big help on the day, which takes a lot of pressure off. We have run events with other suppliers in the past. Engage are by far the best supplier we've used and we've already booked out next event with them.

I spent Friday at the Spa GP through a booking with Engage .
I am now spoilt for life and am enjoying telling friends about my experience.
Ashley from Engage could not have been more helpful and was still making sure we had taken advantage of all the incredible extras offered during the day in Paddock Club .

Been out for a few Arsenal games with Engage and I have to say the experience is always top tier. Communication and experience are always of a high quality

Mitch and Sasha were both very helpful and were always there to answer any questions I had. We had a wonderful night and amazing seats at the O2 seeing Ariana Grande. Overall I had a great experience!

We us Engage to arrange our visit to Royal Ascot because we know it will be perfect.
They arrange the Parade Ring suite with perfect views of the horses before and after the racing and great Grandstand seating during the racing.
The food is created by 3 Star Simon Rogan and his General Manager Sam ensures the amazing staff complete the delivery in perfect style and efficiency.
The staff were the same as in previous years and are extremely professional, polite and enthusiastic as well as knowledgeable.
David Crosse, former jockey and tipster is not only entertaining and knowledgeable but adds an extra dimension to the whole day.
A member of the Engage team is always on hand to provide support and advice should you need it and overall it is the very finest curated experience of the Royal Ascot hospitality.
We have already secured our table for next year and would highly recommend the whole experience.

I had a great day with Engage, food and service was 10/10 - great location, the viewing platform was a fantastic spot to watch the race, I would recommended to anyone going to Ascot.

Smooth contact up until the event, high attention and guidance throughout the event and Emily who was hosting from Engage did a great effort in securing an autograph for our son.

My partner and I were fortunate enough to be invited by Engage to attend the King George race meeting in the Panoramic Restaurant at Ascot. From the outset, the entire event was flawlessly organised, and the attention to detail was evident as soon as we arrived. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, ensuring we felt comfortable and valued as guests.



The food was phenomenal, with each course beautifully presented and deliciously prepared. The menu offered a superb variety, catering to all tastes. Our table had brilliant, uninterrupted views of the whole racecourse from the top level of the grandstand, making it easy to follow every moment of the action. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively, and we enjoyed engaging conversations with the other guests at our table, bonding over our shared excitement for the races.



There was a small issue with the afternoon tea provided—unfortunately, there was not quite enough for our table. However, it was clear that this was an Ascot issue and outside of Engage’s control. The team handled the situation graciously, checking in with us and doing their best to resolve the matter quickly.



Overall, we absolutely loved the entire experience and left with wonderful memories. The combination of excellent hospitality, delicious food, stunning views, and exciting races made it a truly unforgettable day. Even though our wallets were slightly lighter at the end of the day’s races, the joy and excitement of the event made it all worthwhile.

A truly superb venue, perfect for watching the racing, with great food and hospitality. Ascot is indeed a special place and we would highly recommend the Icon Panoramic restaurant if you want a touch of luxury. The food and the service was impeccable and everything about the day was perfect. Getting to and from Ascot was relatively easy and if the weather is good, then I can't think of many racecourses that come close.

We decided to attend Wimbledon very last minute and they made it very easy to get our tickets and were there for any questions immediately. I’ll definitely use them again.
