A must for corporate hosting.
Hosted some business contacts with Engage, in the Shakespeare lounge at Twickenham Stadium.
The table hosts were fantastic, helpful and enthusiastic. The atmosphere in the lounge was electric. If there were any hiccups during the day, they certainly weren't evident, it seemed to run seamlessly.
The allocated seats for watching the match were fantastic.
I have sent guests before, now attended and will use again in future.
10/10 experience.

Advice: The Rose room could go with a bit of design on the ceiling (e.g. soft absorband or strips) to improve the accoustic of the place, as the 'noise' could be considerably improved.

AVOID
AVOID. Never get involved or give your contact details to this company. A load of sales geezers getting paid to be calling people. They will ring you incessantly (like 100 times in the last 3 months) on your mobile from different numbers ( so you can’t block them) despite numerous polite requests to STOP. Royal pain in the backsides. Please grow-up Engage - you’re 1980 sales tactics will eventually end your business.

Excellent experince
From the moment you enter the venue, the staff meet and greet you and make your time there feel very special. Great discussions with the players and the host was a good laugh! Would recommend Engage Hospitality for a memorable experience for any event.

Spam Callers...
There have been nonstop cold calls to pitch events for which tickets have become available because clients have 'dropped out' after paying a deposit. Sales reps are clearly being forced to call people who don't want tickets with a sales pitch from the 1980s.
After I asked to be removed from their call list, multiple different numbers were used; now, they've resorted to private numbers. This is an embarrassing company.

Unforgettable
The food was superb, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere electric. Personal attention from the professional players was an added bonus, with time for everybody. Great banter too. One of the better experiences you will ever get, and will not forget.

I hosted a corporate work event for various clients who are Rugby mad!
The entire ICON experience was excellent, the cleanliness, and food were excellent.
All staff went above and beyond to provide us with drinks and answer any questions.
Would definitely come again for a work event.
