I felt I was being given good information, that it was clear and made sense, with change made easy to effect.

So easy to deal with, transparent and ethical.

Very easy to change to fixed rate.

Great compant to be with. Excellent customer services that listens to what the customer wants.

Always kept in the loop with ease. Feel confident with their figures and green credentials and the estimates. Octopus are really on it. Thanks.

Everything is just so easy and straightforward to use. Highly recommended!!

Clear, helpful and concise information on my Account details, the different tariffs and how to change them. All very straight forward and easy to understand

Previously, the option of changing tariffs and costs were on the bill. This system required me to go into my account to check them. As someone who is not very confident with websites, i was nervous that by pressing certain buttons, i would inadvertently change to the wrong tariff.
Why do i have do i have to spend hours on this process every year?
Why don't you just put me on the cheapest tariff?

Very straightforward, lots of information provided at the click of a button by octopus energy themselves
No get out fee if we change our minds

Been with octopus for 8 / 9 years. The best company and so easy to deal with . Just fixed ahead of price rise. Couldn’t have been easier. Better than any energy co I’ve dealt with before. 10/10 🐙 ⭐️

Fantastic service always good and reliable friendly team.

Details of costings straightforward. Switching tariff uncomplicated.

Very easy to switch tariffs with Octopus Energy.

A very straightforward process following a clear explanation of tariffs.

Easy to switch tariff (apart from massively long Terms & Conditions to read!). I appreciate efforts by Octopus to offer most reasonable tariffs available to customers and to be flexible in arranging monthly direct debit payments.
