No tracking and no delivery of the items.

No response to my emails either.

Don't order from them.

Website is a scam! The product is showing as delivered but I have never received the goods, there is no response from emails sent and no one ever picks up the phone! This company needs some serious looking into as from the review I am not the only one this has happened to. Don't waste your money on this site, spend a bit more and go elsewhere!

Scam. Ring never delivered

Items never delivered, been waiting for 2 weeks and contacted support different times but they don’t do what they promise. Terrible customer support, terrible service and i don’t know about the jewels but if they reflect what their operating method is i’ll leave to your imagination

Simple, elegant, and wonderful. I bought my wife an engraved bracelet with our wedding date for her birthday. She hasn't taken it off in two weeks. Even survived her CrossFit classes, which often damage most jewelry. Will order again.

Good quality but long shipping

I ordered a ring and paid with no hassle of course. But there was nothing happened for 3 weeks ! Although status said it was in its way. Then I complained to their customer support and three days later still nothing.
I complained again asked for a refund and within two days the package was moving. 1 week later it was delivered.
A USA website shipping jewelry products from China. No mention of China in their merchandise descriptions.
Parcel finally arrived today ! Ordered on 5th July 2025 arrived 2nd August 2025.

I noted complaints on line and on Trust Pilot of similar. so, in the end all ended well. Just had to chase it and wait.

Instagram account bought a necklace 18carrit gold plated initial of my girlfriend. As always of course the money was taken and shipping number and invoice number was sent. Package was never shipped. Emailed their customer support after two weeks of no contact. Their customer support (Christine) answered within 48 hrs and said they would chase it down. Two weeks later nothing. Emailed them again and got a reply back from Christine again in their customer support once again within 12 hours and said they would look into to it again.
I have asked for a refund and there has been nothing mentioned of this ! It’s a scam it’s so obvious now ! I would recommend you don’t buy anything from this company.

Scam company. Recieved stainless steel product when they advertised it to be 925 silver. I want my money back! Total waste of money and time. Do NOT purchase from this website.
