ordered the ring in November and as of Feb 2026 I'm still chasing with 'customer service'. They are very evasive in actually providing a solution, they wont offer a refund EVER but wont contact their carrier company as it's more than likely non existent. Their Instagram doesn't allow for comments as it would be flooded with warnings. This company is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM.
Update: item arrived on 12 March after over 20 emails exchanged with the worst "customer service". The ring is cheap looking and not as advertised. The engraving is laser and looks awful and small. Just waiting for the clearly coated finished to come away and reveal more cheap tat underneath. More crap from China. Stay well clear of this scam, they will never offer you a refund.

El envío fue muy lento se pidió en diciembre y ha llegado en febrero, seguramente viene desde china, con publicidad engañosa de acero, que no pone el dedo verde que no se oxida y es mentira. Tengo fotos para demostrar carísimo para lo malo que es. Estafa.

Do buy from them .There rings do not look like what they do on line .An it took forever to get it an they offered a 50% refund that they was supposed to put it back on my card an they never did .They give me a in-store credit but I don't want there crap .Its horrible so please don't waste your money.

I ordered a ring from this website, and unfortunately the entire experience was very disappointing. It took four weeks for the ring to arrive, which is already far too long.

Once it finally arrived, the quality was very poor. After wearing the ring, my girlfriend developed a rash on her finger, which clearly shows that the material is not safe or well-made.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that returning the item was not possible. Instead, I received a store credit on my account that I can only spend on their website. This is not a proper solution in my opinion, especially after such a bad experience.

I will never, ever buy anything from this website again. The product quality and customer service are both terrible, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.

My order arrived over one month late, despite being intended for a special occasion. As compensation, Riccardi Customer Support explicitly confirmed in writing that I would receive a 30% refund.

Three months later, I have still not received any refund to my bank account. Instead, the company is now attempting to impose a store credit, which was never mentioned initially and which I do not accept, as I no longer wish to purchase from this brand.

Beyond the delivery and refund issue, the product quality is extremely poor. The gold ring I purchased turned pink/black within a few weeks of normal use, which is unacceptable for a gold-colored piece marketed as quality jewelry.

Overall, this has been a complete waste of time and money. Between the late delivery, misleading refund practices, and very low product quality, I strongly do not recommend this brand.

hice un pedido el 5 de diciembre, prácticamente 2 meses han pasado sin noticias, pedí el reembolso y su rrspuesta fue que revise mi domicilio a ver si el paquete está, ni ellos saben dar seguimiento a sus envíos, pésimo servicio, sigo esperando respuesta al reembolso

Ho ordinato un anello con le iniziali a dic 2025 e purtroppo ho fatto l'errore di non leggere prima le recensioni. Le iniziali sono davvero poco visibili e dopo pochi giorni ha perso il colore. qualità bassissima e tempi di consegna lunghi (vengono dalla Cina). ho chiesto il rimborso ma mi hanno proposto un nuovo anello che non è mai arrivato. NON CONSIGLIO

Es una estafa. Te dicen que el producto ha tenido problemas en aduana y que le de los mismos datos que te pidieron al principio de la compra.

El anillo a la semana empezó a perder la capa dorada. Material y producto de muy baja calidad. Además no dan solución ninguna cuando lo comunicas.

Hice un pedido el día 1 de enero, mira la fecha que estamos y sigo sin recibir nada. No te deja ver el seguimiento. Contactas con ellos por correo y nadie contesta, es una estafa que solo te sacan el dinero y no recibes el paquete. Tampoco te deja solicitar devolución tienes que hacerlo desde el banco.

As many have said before. The item took about 3 weeks to arrive - from China!
Once arrived the ring is not as described. The initials were printed on the ring, not engraved. Within 3 days of wearing the ring tarnished green leaving a copper band underneath. Not as described being ‘made to last’ and ‘Waterproof, non-blackening & non-rusting.’
Utter Rubbish, and completely fraudulent company.
I’ve requested a refund, however they offered a replacement. I refused and like others, complete radio silence for the past 3 weeks. I will try through my bank to get my money bank, as a matter of principle!

Péssimo serviço, péssimo atendimento.
Estou à espera da encomenda desde o dia 9 de dezembro. Demorava só 6 dias. Disseram que me iam fazer o reembolso de 50% do valor e enviar um novo produto. O "reembolso" que fizeram foi dar-me o 50% do valor para nova compra na página deles, nunca me enviaram o valor para a conta que fiz o pagamento. Além disso, o produto nunca chegou e agora não me respondem aos e-mails.

Took my money happily and have never delivered items. I have emailed them since the beginning of December when I ordered the items to enquire where they are and then ask for a refund.
Very rarely receive a reply and when I do it is to say they have sent to internal customer services.

Still have no items and no refund.

Compré un anillo y a la dos semanas no parecía al original del desgate que tenía. Era baño en oro (supuestamente) y 15 días más tarde está rosado y negro.
Desaconsejo comprar en esta tienda.

Pésimos.
Después de mas de un mes de retraso no llega lo que pedimos. Su gestión es lentísima nadie contacta para solucionar te escriben un mail como mucho y con mucho retraso. No tengo solución aun.
Producto y servicio lamentable. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA

Compré un anillo para mí novia y no solo me llegó un mes más tarde si no que encima después de una semana el anillo está horroroso. se han borrado las letras y ha perdido la capa que llevaba. No compréis nunca en este sitio.
