Can't leave -10 stars.

Items arrived not as described but won't refund me. Offered me a discount to keep them (dodgy). Cost £25 to return as the clothes are not the correct size / fit or anything like I ordered (even after they suggested I sell it to my friends).

Nearly 1 year later (Feb 29th 2024) I've just received the parcel back as it was broken into and stolen basically so yea.. SCAM AVOID.

They've sent me back an empty package today. THANKS (I'm joking). Some dodgy returns address. Just don't waste your time or money. Perhaps chuck it in Vinted.. not cheap either about £60 worth of cheap sh*te

Emmiol scheint ein Shop aus China zu sein mit entsprechend schlechter Produktqualität. Rücksendungen von Artikeln, die nicht der Beschreibung auf der Homepage entsprechen erfolgen dennoch auf eigene Kosten. Ob die Pakete dann in irgendeinem chinesischen Appartement wirklich ankommen, weiß der Himmel. Geld gibt es wahrscheinlich auch nicht zurück. Vor dem Rückversand versuchen sie dich mit Rabatten zu ködern. Nie wieder!!!
Nach mittlerweile fast 30 E-Mails in denen es um die Reklamation des Pullovers geht, dessen Motiv auf der Homepage falsch abgebildet ist, sind wir so weit gekommen, dass mir ein Rabatt von 50% angeboten wurde. Da das Motiv nicht schön ist, wird der Pullover nicht getragen. Verlust für mich 50% und jede Menge nervenaufreibende Kommunikation. Außerdem wurde ich aufgefordert, die Bewertung zu löschen, bevor ich irgendeine Erstattung bekomme. Es wird nicht besser, sondern in Summe immer schlechter. Die Texte von Emmiol lassen mich mittlerweile auch daran zweifeln, dass sie von Menschen geschrieben werden. Wahrscheinlich arbeitet eine KI im Hintergrund und hält mich zum Narren. Wer so etwas braucht, möge gerne dort bestellen.
Nachtrag: Mittlerweile habe ich 32,74€ von den 46,18€ erstattet bekommen. Das ist erfreulich. Es bleibt aber ein Verlust von fast 30% des Kaufpreises.
Nachtrag: Jetzt versucht Emmiol, meine wahrheitsgemäße Bertung offline nehmen zu lassen und begründet das damit, nicht zu wissen, um welchen Auftrag es sich handelt. Und das, nachdem über 30 E-Mails wegen meiner Reklamation hin und her geschrieben wurden. Vor diesem Unternehmen kann ich nur noch einmal warnen!!!

Das Paket konnte wegen einer falschen Adresse die von Emmiol verursacht wurde nicht zugestellt werden. Ein falscher Name auf dem Paket war natürlich nicht am Klingelschild zu finden.
Jetzt beginnt der Email Ping Pong mit Tracking nummer und DPD versand.
Die Ständige Bitte in sich wiederholenden Email ohne auf unsere aktuellen Email zu antworten ist einfach nur frustrierend.
Ich kann keinen Mehrwert sehen hier bei Emmiol ein weiteres mal zu bestellen.

DO NOT BOTHER. I spent £380 in November 24 for Xmas. NOTHING SHOWED UP! To add insult to injury Emmiol keeps asking for review! I specified UK supplier. China! So no products and even if they did arrive I’d be liable for shipping back if they don’t fit. Utterly appalled. Emailed several times demanding whereabouts and keep getting “All your products have arrived! Please Review. Suing!

I ordered a pair of jeans and they sent me an email saying they were out of stock, then they sent me a totally different pair of jeans instead. When I contacted them for a refund they just kept offering me 5-15% credits. I lodged a dispute with PayPal and though it was found in my favour Emmiol have said I need to pay the postage costs to send the item back so in the end I would be out of pocket for their error! I think they send incorrect items on purpose knowing that people won’t pay to send them back because you risk not getting a refund as well as being out of pocket for postage costs- buyer beware!

i got two things from here and they both are my new favorite cloths. nice customer service and very nice pants

Die Kleidung war anders von der Form und Schnitt wie abgebildet. Was ja passieren kann. Der Händler übernimmt keine Versandkosten. Das heißt 60€ Versandkosten bei nicht gefallen der Ware. Habe den Händler geschrieben das ich das Paket ohne Trackingnummer verschickt habe. Was die günstigere Variante war. Der Händler möchte sich per Email nicht einigen. Das Paket ist natürlich nie beim Händler angekommen.

Ordered numerous items for my son for Christmas. Items came that were cheap poor quality. One pair of jeans were no where near the size stated, the button hole was not even cut out! After paying nearly £50 with delivery for this pair of jeans I tried making a return, I have emailed 3 times with no luck as to how I get my money back! I was offered a 15% refund if I agreed to keep the defective item of clothing that does not even come close to the size 12 it's meant to be. As for tags, none of the items had tags attached. Only one of the tops had a tag just placed in the packaging. NEVER ORDER FROM EMMINOL ITS A SCAM

Got my order canceled even tho I hadn't canceled it. It seems that they put ads for the discounts they have but cancel them before they can get to you. Don't think I was refunded either. Completely unprofessional and most likely a scam. Even those who do get their products end up having problems with them too.

J’ai commandé un article le 22 décembre, quelques jours plus tard le SAV d’emmiol m’envoie un mail pour m’informer que le pull que j’ai commandé n’est plus en stock, premier bémol il était en stock sur le site. Ainsi, ils me proposent de changer d’article ou de me faire rembourser si je le souhaite. Je choisi donc d’être remboursé en leur envoyant un mail pour le faire part de mon choix. Cependant, ils me renvoient des mails pour me confirmer l’envoie d’un autre pull ? Alors que je n’en ai pas choisi. J’ai à faire à chaque fois à une nouvelle personne qui me donne des informations différentes ou qui me pose une 3 eme fois la question de mon choix concernant le remboursement ou le changement de pull. Cela fait 3 jours que je tourne en rond sans savoir si je ne vais pas être arnaqué. Je ne cherche qu’à être remboursé et ne plus avoir a faire à eux. Le clou du spectacle ce fut quand j’ai mis un avis négatif sur trustpilot pour expliquer ma situation, qu’ils m’ont envoyé mail pour me demander de le supprimer. De plus, si vous regardiez bien les avis 5 étoiles certains semblent être des robots puisque la manière de parler n’a pas de sens en plus du grand nombre de mauvais avis. En conclusion, N’achetez pas chez eux !

Order took ages to arrive. Jumper was alright, cheaper looking in reality; jeans were actually damp with several patches of dusty mud - looked like a return that had just been thrown into a packet and sent back out? Total crap, especially given the price. If you want cheap, go asos or shein instead.

My order arrived faulty (the zip was sewn on backwards so I couldn’t do them up) and have now spent 2 weeks trying to get a refund. They’ve offered me a 30% refund for an item I literally can’t wear??

an item was posted to me that was faulty. it had visible stitching errors and cotton hanging from the seams. i sent photos with evidence of the falts via e mail to Emmiol. it took several e mails over 3 few weeks of discussion for me to only get 50% back and they also did not refund the shipping. so think twice before you order as if you item arrives faulty you will have to fight for even a small refund leaving you out of pocket. i will never order from the company again.

Very slow shipping, clothes not as pictured. Expensive for what we eventually got. Thought ot would be poor, and it was...!

I eventually got the product(s) I ordered and am very happy with them. They look just as good on the bed and on my bod (with excellent quality craftsmanship.. Thank you for persevering to get the product(s) to me.

This is a joke! Ordered on November 28. On December 12, nothing is shipped. Customer service keeps answering me BS about labelling my order as a priority but nothing is happening. I feel like I am being scam. Do not buy there.

UPDATE It is their answer for 14 days now. But if my order is really at the post office and the delay is caused by a labor problem at the post office, how come they are not able to provide a tracking number despite being asked several times?

And yeah, at this stage, I’ve asked for a reimbursement. But guess they are replying quicker on public review than to their customers emails!

I ordered something on November 22nd and it is now the 5th of December. It was one item and when I ordered it, the website and email had told me to expect my order 8-13 days after placing my order. Yesterday, I expected it to be delivered as it was the 13th and last day but it has yet to show up at all. I also have not been able to track the order at all, on express, or USPS, or UPS, and have been wondering if it was even sent out at all. There are mixed reviews, some saying this product came on time, and some saying it was way later or not at all and now I doubt my package is going to come in on time when I need it. I'm not even sure if this website will give me a refund if it does not show since I've never used this website before.

I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately, I’m forced to settle for one. My experience with Emmiol has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

First off, the product I received was NOTHING like the picture on their website. The quality was shockingly poor – far below even the most basic standards. It felt like cheap fabric and looked like something you'd find at a dollar store. I was beyond disappointed.

I immediately requested a return label, but it's been weeks and I’ve still heard nothing. To make matters worse, the original shipment came from 735 S. Figueroa Street in Los Angeles, CA – but now, they want me to return the item to a different address in China. Oh, and the best part? The return shipping cost to China is $79.95! That’s more than the cost of the items themselves. Ridiculous.

This whole situation reeks of an unfair, dishonest business practice. They place the entire burden of return shipping on the buyer, and offer a pathetic 30% refund if you choose not to return the item. I wasn’t having it, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company. After a lengthy back-and-forth, Emmiol “offered” a 50% refund – once the dispute was closed. I agreed, the dispute was closed, and now it’s been a MONTH, and no refund has been issued. They claim it’s been processed, but my credit card shows nothing. When I follow up, they just give me the runaround.

This company is a total scam. I would never, ever buy from them again. Stay far, far away if you value your money or your time.
