Everything came and the condition wasn’t bad, so that’s pretty good.

I a saw top I liked a lot. But it was $27. A little high. Then $36 after shipping. But they promised a discount for joining with my email.
Well I didn't see the discount code in my emails until after I ordered.
And paid. And on top of that, found it on another site for only $17, $22 total after shipping. And I contacted them right away asking to cancel my order. So I could order it from the other site cheaper.
They didn't get back until the next night. And asked if I would consider keeping it because of good reviews. I said no! Because I found the same shirt for $14 cheaper! Unless they could match the price. Didn't hear until the next day. They were polite. But I wanted my refund! So I could order it.
A long time later they offered me a gift card. I think $5. What am I doing with that? I don't want anything else! And I want to save $14!
I said four times by email, (no buttons like Shein) just cancel my order! It's two days already!
And I know shipping is slow. Especially with Christmas coming. No response in ten hours.
I ordered it from the other site for $22. And I'm going to dispute it with the bank .
Sheesh! Even if I only wanted to reorder with the discount. They wouldn't let me or price adjust.
Two days now no cancellation. Nothing resolved. I don't know if they shipped it anyway!

I literally love the clothing but every single time Ive ordered from them, I've had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I genuinely have never seen anything like it, its like they have robots doing the talking.

Recently I ordered 4 items. Two of which I wanted in a different size (the one I got in L was too small and the one I got in M was too big?). I asked if I could exchange it and they said the shipping would be too high and they cant exchange. They told me they would give me the items in the new size for a lowered price. So I did that through PayPal.

Mind you, I have been EXTREMELY clear in my emails. I have sent them emails where I give every piece of information needed: size, order number etc. They responded asking "Whats the order number." It takes 2 years to get an actual answer because you have to keep going in circles.

Anyway, AFTER I sent the money, they told me they didn't have the right size. Literally what. After weeks of emailing back and forth, I was like screw this im not ordering anything else, refund me (hopefully they do).

I ordered a green and white striped long sleeve top and it’s super cute!! It fits great and the quality is good too

Je passe sur le manque de qualité éthique de la marque, puisque j'ai effectué une commande. Mea culpa... et bien fait pour moi!
Outre que les couleurs ne sont pas du tout les mêmes que sur le site, la qualité des tissus et des coutures est plus que médiocre.
Mais surtout, sur le site, il y a la même jupe avec des photos différentes, une référence différente, un prix différent (WTF?) et même un guide des tailles différent!!! Si bien que j'ai commandé (sans le savoir, même si j'aime les vêtements d'un même genre, manifestement...) la même jupe dans 2 tailles différentes! Bien sûr, l'une d'elle ne me va pas (déjà que la qualité de l'autre laisse à désirer...) et impossible de me faire rembourser intégralement sans avoir à renvoyer l'article en recommandé à mes frais!!! J'ai consacré pas mal de temps à échanger des emails détaillés avec eux... en vain!
C'est d'une mesquinerie qui frise l'escroquerie.
Si je pouvais, je mettrais 0 étoile, mais ce n'est pas possible... malheureusement!

They have the worst support ever. I asked for information regarding my order because the tracking didn’t even show it as shipped, and they kept giving me information about another order I had made, which I didn’t ask about and had ALREADY been delivered to my home.

I was very clear, I sent screenshots and the order number, but their replies were just copy-paste messages telling me to wait a few more days. I spent a week and a half trying to get some information about my package, which had supposedly been shipped 20 days earlier, but there was still nothing on the tracking.

In the end, after several emails, they sent me a new tracking number, so they basically re-shipped the same order because who knows what happened to the first one, and they didn’t even tell me! And even now, this new order that they resent shows as shipped more than a week ago, and there’s still no update in the tracking.

I’d like to understand why these packages end up in limbo and nothing more is heard about them, but if you want to know, don’t ask them because they’ll only send you automated copy-paste messages, and they probably don’t even read everything you write because the level of comprehension is really low

EDIT: The package arrived, but surprise, they sent me a sweatshirt that’s completely different from the photo, it only has the same color.
It’s a joke, I requested a return, and they offered me a 15% refund, which, on €50, is ridiculous.
Alternatively, I could send it back for a full refund, but at my own expense!
It clearly states on their website that if the mistake is made by Emmiol, they are responsible for the shipping costs, It’s only our responsibility if it’s a wrong size, color change, etc.
They sent me a completely different sweatshirt, and the mistake is my fault? I will never shop here again. You’re not protected, and on top of that, their support mocks you.
I’m truly exhausted, The 30-day window to request a refund is also slipping away because they’re wasting time with back-and-forth emails.

Package was never delivered. UNTRUSTWORTHY. I notified them at once. Emmiol stated I needed to get a lost package form from USPS (who is not their delivery service). NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. They put me thru a MONTH of back-and-forth hoops via broken robotic English. I physically went to the post office and sent them a lost package receipt from USPS and they stated "Dear Customer, Thanks for your email. Sorry, we can not refund you because we have sent out your package. And the package cannot be returned to our warehouse." No package - No refund - No Credit - my $$ was stolen by these people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THIEVES. SCAMMERS. Here is some more info - PiggyShip is who actually who delivers for them in Orlando, FL. PiggyShip found my order and sent me a pic of my supposed delivered package (a picture of the blue sky) nothing was delivered. ITS A SCAM.

Update my email on 11/19/24:
On 5/20/24 your office stated "If they cannot find it please make the claim and send us the copy and the claim number or client complaint number, so that we can resend the goods to you." but now you are refusing to resend the goods to me after I sent the confirmation from the USPS as you instructed me to do. Stay true to your word and resend the goods.

On 11/19/24 Emmiol stated: We cannot refund your order. If you haven't received the package, we recommend that you contact your local post office.

I had ordered a sweater which I saw on Emmiol's website - excellent product at a very nice price with quick delivery. I loved it.

I never received the package, I contact the customer service and they responded to me but they never help me to find it.

If you live in the UK, I’d strongly advise not buying from this company. I bought five items in one order, two are fine and the others I need to return. To return any items you have to email an address to request a return - it’s not automatic (deliberately I would say). Then I received a very delayed reply telling me that shipping costs to return were high and due to the time passed (on their part I might add) they suggested I should consider keeping the items. This was a week ago. I’ve asked to return and they’ve just not come back to me. My daughter found this company online. I think probably through TikTok. They don’t seem like a proper legit company and I wouldn’t risk the purchase as if it’s not suitable it’s too difficult to deal with them.
Very dodgy.
Also, two items were a totally different colour to the website, really not accurate pictures.

Excellent customer service and the product came in good time. Dough I did expect a better quality on the product.

Honestly terrible it would be nice for a refund because nothing that came was the size I ordered it was pretty much all too small. 2 of the hoodies looked terrible and the quality of the clothing is so terrible. I rather order any other clothing brand. Definitely do some research before ordering, if I knew it was a random Chinese brand I would have not ordered from them

Update: they offered me 30% refund of an order that cost me 187… that 30% is 10 dollars. Math doesn’t add up to that being 10 should be more so 50 dollars. They think that’s a simple fix to a big problem on my end. This is a crappy company entirely

I bought the mystery box and even though I was disappointed with most of what was in the box just because it wasnt my style, it was all decent quality and there was a shirt I got from it that is great quality looks just like the pictures online

Bought a pair of baggy jeans, they arrived straight at my front door professionally while the item was as described on the website although I do wish the sizing could be bigger but it's good quality and is added to my jean rotations.

Shirt turned out so cute.

My daughter ordered a beautiful long sleeve shirt and it was exactly as pictured! Great fit, true to size, and no smell. She absolutely loves it! It also arrived in a timely manner.

Everything was great. The quality of the goods is really good (I frequently place orders).
