Really excellent customer service from EMDR Kit.
My order was a little more complicated than usual because it involved UK import relief paperwork, and Arie went well beyond what I expected to help work through the process. He arranged a custom order, applied the agreed discount, reduced the shipping cost and made sure the relevant paperwork was included with the shipment.
There were a couple of issues after dispatch, including FedEx incorrectly raising an import VAT charge and one pulsator being missing from the package. Both times Arie responded extremely quickly, took ownership of the problem and immediately set about resolving it rather than leaving me to sort it out myself.
The kit itself arrived very quickly and the communication throughout has been excellent.
It’s rare to get this level of personal customer service, particularly when something becomes more complicated than a straightforward online order. Very impressed with how it has all been handled.

There must have been a mistake from our part, we are really sorry for that! If you used the code, than indeed, you should have received a free Pulsie tote back with your order.

Controller replacement
The controller for my light bar died after only 5 years of light use and careful storage. In my opinion, something this expensive should last for at least 10 years. Despite my frustration at having to replace it, my experience with EMDR Kit customer service was outstanding. They tried to trouble shoot my problem first, then sent me a discount code to order a new one. And I could not believe how fast it arrived in CA USA all the way from the Netherlands! I also appreciate that they sell the components separately so that when something goes, you don’t have to replace the whole kit.

Vastaus yritykseltä EMDR Kit
Dear Dayna,
Thank you for your kind review.
We are sorry to hear that your Controller has stopped functioning after 5 years of use. We understand your expectations regarding the equipment. Our products have an average of ~4 year life expectancy. This can be much longer of course depending on different factors.
This is exactly why we offer spare parts in our assortment.
We are really glad that we could offer you a discount on a new Controller and that it has reached you so fast in the USA from the Netherlands. 🙂
We wish you all the best,
Team EMDR Kit
