First of all, the kit is brilliant, but more importantly the customer service I encountered was incredible. I had a problem with my order being held at customs, and the folks at EMDRkit were so helpful and went above and beyond for me. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Amazing to hear Lindsay! 🤗

I made the assumption that this product…
I made the assumption that this product would change my practice. I have colleagues who reported that this product changed their practice and completely made shifts with their EMDR clients due to greater integration of the trifecta of bilateral stimulation occurring and similarly when one or two options were used instead. However, I would say that for this product line, there are some options that doesn't fit my need ("Chaos" mode) and some options that would be beneficial that aren't there (i.e. amount of pause between pulsars, better bluetooth connection, etc...). I am keeping the product due to the amount paid, the hope that they will come out with updates that won't require a new set, and wanting to give it the best opportunity even when it seems like most of my clients prefer my theratappers.
The delivery service and service was helpful. The product is the part that I have gripes with.
