Their system do not send email on one time they keep sending mail from background after the date has gone and firstly they restrict you for sending many email giving reason for low authority score we have 100 k buyer out of which 85k mail get bounced and still increasing our mail list is not old too but our 300$ got wasted

Missing key basic functionality, you get what you pay for.
Missing basic functionality. I shouldn't have left Mailchimp. Its hard to move between services once you are committed, so be careful before signing up...
When I complain about lack of any basic service, they tell me they'l add to a development list. These functions shouldn't be hard to offer but alas they don't do them, Some things an ex Mailchimp user will miss:
1imports: i cannot even see who failed to be imported. If I import a list, the only way to see which emails failed is to export, vlookup, reimport and repeat. Its sad that this isn't offered.
2.search: no way to search a contact in the site to see which lists they are in. If I have someone called Mr.X on one audience list and I have 20 audiences, I must click into each audience to see if Mr.X is also there. Mailchimp just do global search which is far more friendly.
3.batch delivery: doesn't exist. I can only send emails in one go to a list of 40k emails...so my site will likely crash if they all view in one go. This is really basic and important
4.A/B testing: this doesn't exist. All marketeers live by this..I am unsure why its not available.

They are a friendly nice team, I'd like to support them, but I am posting this to ensure future customers are aware that there is low functionality.
In response to their reply. I could currently replicate their offering and provide the extra basic functionality by just using Gravity Forms/sendgrid. I hope things can rapidly be made seamless as they really need basic simple functions like batch send.

I've already been in touch by email, and again, I'm really sorry that your dissatisfaction with EmailOctopus has got to this stage.
As a self-funded 8 person business, competing against the behemoths of Silicon Valley, unfortunately we do need to prioritise features based on their interest and requirements for our users. So, while we support searching a list for a contact – we don't support a search across all lists. And while we allow segmentation of contacts and duplication of campaigns to adapt to delivery needs, we don't have an explicit "Batch delivery" button.
Our business primarily serves small-to-medium businesses, so our focus has been on building out essential email marketing features for them and that has manifested in incredibly simple to use drag-and-drop editor, a free forms/landing page builder and segmentation across any number of parameters.
On the other hand competitors, such as Mailchimp, are a much more established – more enterprise focussed (with an enterprise cost!) – platform and perhaps is a much better fit for your business right now. Our UK, self-funded and owned business we're clearly not in a position where we can compete with their breadth of development and while we'd love to support everyone, it seems like we're just not quite there yet and have to focus our efforts based upon the needs of all our users. That doesn't mean we're ignoring your feature requests, it just means we're not yet at a stage where we're working on some of them.
Your review mentions the pain of moving platform and I think it's important we support other businesses in their growth and journey, so we're happy to help you move across where we can. Please reach out directly to me.

Email marketing utilizing Amazon's SAS…
Email marketing utilizing Amazon's SAS service. Or you can send through their shared IPs. Their interface isn't hard to use. I havren't used their email builder much. Usually I either use my own html template or stick with simple text emails.
I use this service to send emails to my customers. So far I've been happy with their deliverability over the years.
