I recently switched to EmailOctopus and I LOVE IT! The platform is easy to use, and the customer service is excellent. Also, their deliverability is great! Definitely enjoying the service!

What an easy mail system to use. Straight forward and does exactly what it says it will do. Great pricing. What more do I need to say? Perfection!

We moved our list over from a much bigger company who gave us no personal service whatsoever. What I like about email octopus is that it has everything I need, at a good price, with very helpful support, and - my favorite - the user interface is perfect for me. Some companies make it so difficult to work with. NOT email Octopus! Very user friendly interface and very supportive support people...just what you want.

The help and assistance is one factor. We were a longtime Mailchimp user and with their recent downgrading of free services they just weren't working for us anymore so off in search I went and found EO and I love it. We're still in the learning stage and haven't actually sent out a newsletter but I'm confident it will go flawlessly. I should also mention their customer service is top-notch. I'm just wowed by it and I know there will be a quick response to any question that I may have.

Great product and team affordable and simple. I can't recommend this app enough - they just have a great product for an affordable price and a nice team. What else is there to say?

Easy to use for maintaining our mailing list, composing and scheduling emails and viewing stats. As a small non profit the free version is just right for us. The scheduled sending of emails is very useful: we can plan for them to go at the best time.

After a lot of research, I found EmailOctopus is the only putative replacement for MailChimp that actually is a good replacement. So far I've found that almost everything I used to do in MailChimp (create and send newsletters to our membership, send emails to targeted segments, manage the member database) I can do just as easily in EmailOctopus.

I love this website so much for creating my email campaign. I use it every day and I don’t know what I would do without it if you’re looking for a platform to send an email and Mass this is the perfect place for you. Definitely recommend coming here to send an email.

I have had my laptop for over 2 months now and it has run perfectly from day 1. Its fast and reliable. It has many configuration options. I use it mainly for photo editing and it does it easily. I am happy to recommend Aftershock as a reliable and trustworthy company

By far the best, most intuitive, easiest to navigate and set up, email marketing tools out there. Tried many others, nothing compares. Also, you get that personal touch from the team, you talk to real humans, which is rare nowadays. 100% recommend!

I've worked with many newsletter platforms and I have to say that Email Octopus has been the best by far.

As we sell local food so we decided we should have local email marketing. We switched from mailchimp and have not looked back. We saved at least 50% on our monthly spend. EmailOctopus is easy to use and the support is good and quick.
