Terrible
Terrible - the whole booking system is purely attritional! I am trying to see if there is an independent ombudsman that will investigate their service for the benefit of older customers. I can deal with it but I can imagine an older customer just throwing in the towel.

Cancelling my plan.
On this occasion I had to contact EMaC as I had sold my car that I had the service plan on.Jason dealt with my enquiry and was able to cancel my plan whilst I was on the phone, he was very professional and polite.
I have contacted EMaC previously and been very happy with the service they provide and would not have a problem dealing with them again in the future.

Cancelling policy
Due to unforeseen circumstances l had to cancel my service plan. The lady l spoke to was very helpful and cancelled my policy without any fuss. Later that day l received notification that it was now cancelled. Thank you

Very let down, never again!
On buying a nearly new Volvo in 2024, I also purchased a maintenance warranty from this company. I was given a copy of the T&Cs by the car salesman, and it sounded fantastic; no need to worry about stone chipped paint, or scuffed alloys for 3yrs, what more could you want? I contacted them with a list of items to repair, only to find out that an agent won't visit to inspect the car, as in the T&Cs, and that I had to take photo's of the damage for them. This was OK until I tried to send the images to them, their email couldn't handle file sizes, so they were sent in batches, of which some didn't get through. The repairs are done by a third party company, and communications between me, and the two companies dragged on for the best part of 4 months. I felt I was phoning them, at least once a week, just to see if my phone was working, as I got no-where, other than re-sending different images, of the same damage, at different angles and distances, again hindered by their email system. At the end of he 3+ mths, a technician from Revive came to sort out the repairs. I ended up with one proper repair, and the remainder 'touched up', which I could have done for the cost of a small pot of paint, 3mths earlier. Although it was agreed to repair a small dent on a door, the dent remains. I signed off the work to get rid of my involvement with either company, even though at the first point of contact, I had over 6mths left on the contract. The 'partnership' of EMaC and Revive is a joke, never again; the T&Cs say enough to get you to part with your cash, and very little else in your favour. Never again, total waste of money, nothing but stress. No positive outcome, other than once they answer, the call takers are nice to talk to.
