Just bought a set from VERY hydrate and tighten set..The advanced ceramide lift and firm day cream is the most awful item I have ever purchased .lts doesn’t apply easily ,thick greasy and pills on the skin. Very expensive mistake.

I purchased a lip balm from duty free, but cannot get the lid off. When I contacted Elizabeth Arden, they told me to contact Standstead airport, as they couldn't help me! A faulty product of theirs, but they refuse to help! I just want to use the product I paid for! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I asked the Elisabeth Arden consultant if the products I wanted to buy were tested on amimls and she said the were NOT. However, Peta have this company on their list for testing on animals either themselves or having other companies test on animals for them. This is deceit conduct from the consultant or her those who trained her, or omitted to tell her how they actually do the animal testing. I did purchase the products, but want to return them tomorrow. For being decieved and for testing on animals

​I gave one of their products a fair, extended trial after being advised that skin results take time. When it failed to work, I reached out for guidance, only to be told to buy a different product instead. They refused any compensation or return, claiming the item was already used and past their short return window. It is a completely self-serving contradiction: they tell you to use the product long enough to see results, but using it voids your ability to return it when it doesn't work.
​When I requested to escalate the issue, customer support flatly refused and closed the matter, leaving me with a horrific experience. A company with a 1.8 rating on Trustpilot clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. Unless you already know a product works for you, do not expect them to stand behind what they sell.

Genuinely one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I placed an order with Elizabeth Arden and paid £7 for Next Day delivery. The order wasn’t dispatched within the expected timeframe, and to make matters worse, Elizabeth Arden manually reviewed my order and removed a number of promotional gifts and samples before dispatching it.

These were items their own website allowed me to select and add to my order.

When I found out they had changed what I was going to receive, I contacted them BEFORE the parcel had been dispatched and clearly told them I no longer wanted the altered order and wanted it cancelled.

They actually replied confirming it had not yet shipped and was “going to be shipped tonight”, but apparently it was somehow impossible for them to cancel it.

So, bizarrely, they were capable of manually reviewing my order and removing items from it, but incapable of stopping that same order from being dispatched when the customer explicitly told them they no longer wanted it.

They eventually refunded the £7 Next Day delivery charge, but still sent the altered order anyway.

Customer service then claimed their Terms & Conditions allowed them to amend or reduce orders and referred to “unauthorised activity or misuse of promotional offers”. When I challenged them and asked them to identify the actual promotional terms I had supposedly failed to meet, I received repeated generic explanations about the items being “non-qualifying” rather than a straightforward answer identifying exactly which published condition I had breached.

If your website allows customers to select promotional items they supposedly aren't entitled to, fix your website. Don't accept the order, remove items afterwards and then make your website's shortcomings the customer's problem.

I'm now returning the entire order and taking my money elsewhere.

Judging by Elizabeth Arden UK's 1.7-star Trustpilot rating, I doubt they will care particularly much about receiving another negative review. A rating that low for a major international beauty brand is frankly abysmal, and after experiencing their customer service first-hand, I can understand how they've ended up there.

The number of unhappy customers already leaving reviews should surely be a reason to look seriously at how orders and complaints are being handled, rather than continuing to send customers generic responses and expecting them to accept it.

Poor order management, poor communication and dreadful customer service from start to finish.

I certainly won't be ordering from Elizabeth Arden again, and based on this experience I couldn't recommend ordering directly from them to anyone.

The brand have changed their make up foundation colour from colours to numbers.
They have suggested that the colour l used for years is equal to a number in the new range ie Bisque to 420C The two colours are so different that it is so disappointing.
They say it is Tan Skin 420C . I have received something that is so pale l would not wear it
How can they get it so wrong?? I am a pensioner. I paid out good money.
I want to know what they are going to do?

Nourishing lip balm with SPF 20 in it has left my lips full of sun blisters after using on holiday!!!! Do not use this as your sun screen. Highly disappointed

Ive been using the Elizabeth arden flawless finish compact makeup for 46 year's. Yall rebranded and changed the formula.I went this month to buy my makeup and it had a new look ,didn't think much of it, the next morning put on the makeup and it started stinging and burning and made my face red under my eyes and face. I paid almost $50 for it now I can't wear it anymore more. Very disappointed in Elizabeth Arden. Now I don't know what makeup to wear.

j'ai passé une commande le 28 mars pour deux baumes à lévres eight hours; j'ai reçu un gros colis le 10 avril qui comportait les deux échantillons gratuits....et rien d'autre! aucune trace des produits commandés!! je précise en outre que vous ne recevez aucune information concernant le statut de la commande sur le site, il est impossible de suivre facilement le colis avec un numéro, obligation d'installer une application Shop sur le portable: en soi c'est déjà incroyable qu'on soit obligé de recourir à ce process quand sur tous les autres sites vous commandez, êtes livrés dans la semaine avec en plus une information régulière sur l'état de traitement de votre commande,là ce n'est pas le cas...suite à ma mésaventure, J'ai donc envoyé un e-mail au service client le 10 avril qui m'a indique avoir demandé un nouvel envoi, que je devais recevoir dans les 3 à 4 jours ouvrables (information du 10 avril)...aujourd'hui toujours rien, nous sommes le 21 avril: aucune information sur de leur part et sur le site il est indiqué commande non traitée; évidemment le montant correspondant à la commande a été débité...je suis stupéfaite par le manque de sérieux de cette enseigne que je pensais de qualité. pour l'instant, j'ai plus le sentiment d'avoir été volée, par le site officiel qui plus est.....autant acheter le produit chez marionnaud ou autre....

Predatory behavior from the Elizabeth Arden online store for NZ. They're automatically adding a product to your cart for $66. Even when removed from the cart, by the time you for to check out... BOOM added back again! Raised wirh support, they're claiming it's not an issue. Be very very careful with this website!! UPDATE. 3 x email exchanges with screenshots later and the issue is still not resolved. Very sarcastic responses from customer service and still 0 result. I have given up. It should not be this hard to make a simple purchase without being ripped off!!!

I have had an allergic reaction around my eyes after using the Lift and Firm Eye Cream. It is burning me and all red. I can’t believe such an expensive cream can give these types of allergic reactions. I don’t have the ticket any more. I also have a night cream which didn’t feel right last night. Test the creams before buying them, if you can. If not, don’t buy them. We should be able to test them beforehand. Also don’t think because they are expensive will be good for us all.

I ordered 30 capsules set on amazon. expensive- yes. I got 29 and not 30. Plus one broken capsule.

My Daughter bought me an Elizabeth Arden Gift set for Christmas as I have in the past always been a fan of the Eight Hour skin protector cream.When I opened my Present to use a few days later I noticed that the Eight hour protector cream was not in there and I had 2 hand creams instead. My Daughter rang them to say and was met with extremely rude customer service and told no they would not be replacing it but admitted it was their fault but would not replace the hand cream for a skin protector cream.Such a great shame that your customer service is so diabolical,as it has now put myself and my daughter off ordering anything from you in future.Your sad loss of a customer

They are the worst I spoke to a customer service person name Katherine . I never got my product I call so many time stated they will send e mail- noting , the supervisor will call -never.shame on you all crooks.don’t buy nothing from these nasty people.

I bought the Precision Glide Lip Liner (Ballet Blush) and practically erased my lips in their entirety trying to get a colour, any colour, on them. It is absolutely, disgracefully, a very dry, harsh, brittle pencil with no colour. I tried applying onto my hands, got friction burns and nothing else. I tried dampening it, got wet skin and nothing. I'd have more success painting my lips with red Smarties; now that works!

Customer Service is a code word for BOTS which typifies the state of online purchasing now, as does the operation of these companies that don't have the morality to produce quality.

It would be productive if Trust Pilot could introduce the option of ZERO STARS for these reviews.
