Ben bang dat het een scam is
In afwachting van 3 shirts. 1 bestelling van de 1+1 actie en een verkeerd besteld shirt.
Je krijgt geen antwoord je vragen.
Ontving wel een mail dat door drukte alles wat langer zou duren. Zou de 28e binnen komen en de volgende dag geleverd. Niet dus. Ook zou er een kortingscode komen om de te late levering (niet binnen) te compenseren. Ook die niet gehad.
Had gisteren de shirts moeten krijgen. Helaas pindakaas. Ik ben er bang voor.
Dus voor mensen die daar ook willen bestellen……ff goed nadenken.

02.07.2024 Deutschland Trikots (Heim- und Auswärtstrikot) bestellt. Zustellung nach einer Woche ohne Probleme. Die Trikots fallen einfach klein aus. Zudem sind es keine Originaltrikots von adidas, sondern Fakes. Die Trikots die ich erhalten habe sind in einer absolut schlechter Qualität. Von innen überall lose Fäden, schlechte Verarbeitung, verzogene Nähte. Die Retoure auf eigene Kosten. Und die geht nicht an den Verkäufer Shop, sondern ich soll den Mist direkt nach China schicken. Kann aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen nur abraten, NIE WIEDER EliteShop ,...

Good customer service
I had been looking to purchase a Ronaldo 2021 home kit in a size large for reasonable price. I was able to find one on the website. When I went to checkout I kept getting an error and it said the item had sold out. I ended up buying the jersey form a different website assuming the jersey had sold out on the website. Turns out I was charged $100 cad for the jersey despite it saying sold out. I immediately contacted Elite football shirts asking for an explanation. Turns out it was a system error. I asked for a refund and in no time received one. I appreciate the help, however pls fix the website. Nevertheless their prices are good and customer service is even better.

Mark couldn’t of been more helpful, o ordered a kit and there was a issue at the post office which meant a delay in delivery, not only was the 20 year old kit in immaculate condition and for a crazy good price!! He also sent me out ANOTHER kit to make up for the issue at the post office! What a great service, can’t recommend them enough
