J’ai commandé un maillot de foot ,l’argent débité le jour même et ça va faire bientôt 3 semaine toujours rien reçu ! Des voleurs des arnaqueurs à fuir !!!! Pas de numéro de suivi , pas de réponse aux mails envoyés

Es una estafa, no te llegará el pedido, no compréis

He hecho un pedido para el cual no me han asignado un número de seguimiento. He escrito por el chat de la página web (al que no responden) y por Instagram (donde me han bloqueado).
No compréis aquí, es una estafa, y no solo no te van a contestar, si no que también te van a bloquear.

No pongo menos de una estrella porque no se puede. Compre en Elite Fan Store 4 camisetas, 3 del mundial y una de un club. Las camisetas vienen con defecto muy visible por lo tanto al recibir me doy cuenta y pido devolucion que me niegan porque al poner el nombre el numero del jugador de la selecion me dice que esta personalizada. Me parece bien pero si me la personalizas y que el producto tiene defecto (faltan letras en serigrafia) no soy responsable, es la empresa que vende el producto. ELITE FAN STORE - Ni mirar es un timo y las reseñas son falsas. Lo peor es la atencion pesima, siempre he estado educado pidiendo reembolso y eso es lo que me dicen....No estamos ni en EU estamos en Asia asi que las leyes son las mismas, Y se quedan tan hecho, Vergonsozo, no entiendo como podemos dejar operrar esta gente en Europa

Veo que no soy el único al que no le llega el pedido y nadie contesta... A buenas horas leo esto...

Miese Qualität, keine Zusendung eines neuen Trikots, da bereits nach 3 Monaten außerhalb des Umtauschzeitraums. Trikots sind Fake! Nicht zu empfehlen!

We ordered shirts and never received them. We asked for updates many times, but all we got were messages saying they were on their way. Well, nothing at all. We never received anything, and you don't get your money back because they don't think it's their fault. Ridiculous company, just criminals. Don't buy ANYTHING here!

Do not buy from this website they are con artist! If you think you are getting genuine sports/football attire you are wrong, they are clearly ripping people off, I brought 2 x Arsenal kits for my grandchildren my daughter pointed out they were not authentic, I contacted them and was told I was not entitled to a refund or could return the items.
Steer clear of this company!!

Zeer slechte kwaliteit ontvangen, bij retour aanvraag geen antwoord. Je kan dus niks retour sturen. Contact opnemen lukt ook niet (overigen voor dat je besteld beantwoorden ze wel vragen)

Para cobrar el producto sin problema pero para recibirlo......

Desde el 18 de noviembre que hice el pedido y a día de hoy no sé nada.
No hay manera de ponerse en contacto. Horrible

Es un robo. No compres nunca llega el pedido. Y te bloquean para que no comuniques con ellos

I ordered 2 x kids football shirts.
1x orange Real Madrid shirt mbappe 10 on the back
1x blue man city shirt haaland 9 on the back

The Mbappe came with a no.9 on the back not what I ordered.
I would expect no matter what we require on the back it gets delivered as I ordered or the company advises that they cant assist.

I received no order confirmation had to chase the company several times that they had my order.

I Was never advised that as the orange Mbappe shirt was 2024/2025 that it come as No.9 (as its official) they can't change this as he only became no.10 for 2025/2026. the website asks for personalisation and this season Mbappe is a No.10

No communication that they couldnt fulfill this, they just take your money, no offer of a refund or another plain replacement shirt sent out.
They obviuosly don't personalise the shirts they just have thousands of shirts with players names already made up.

Steer clear of this company you dont know when or what you may receive.

Lack of communication, terribale customer service and you just dont know what you will receive.

Should of just bought a shirt and went somewhere else to personalise

Realicé un pedido el 17/10/25 y después de un mes no me ha llegado.
Escribo al soporte de la página y me contesta un tal Juan Carlos García diciendo que lo han enviado y no estafan a nadie (al decirles que me hicieran el reembolso) y ahora me bloquean. He hablado con la empresa de transporte para ver qué pasaba con el número de seguimiento. Me dicen que está creado pero no han recibido nada. No tengo forma de comunicarme ni de solucionar nada. Tendré que poner una denuncia en las autoridades competentes. Si no queréis tirar el dinero, no compréis en esta página
