De retourzending moet naar CHINA! Dan weet je genoeg..kost zeker al 25 euro voor mij..en je bent niet eens zeker dat je iets terugkrijgt...Dan koop ik in ELAN BOUTIQUE BREDA..zogezegd..en ben je zeker dat je n verstandige keuze maakt..Misleid tot en met..

Purchased what I thought was a piece available online for 44,000 pkr, waited 3 months to get an email saying sold out! No refund given only told a lifetime gift voucher would be provided, which was also not given . Now that I want to order I’m getting no response for my non existent gift voucher!
The service is terrible! Earlier I purchased a suit which came without a dupatta! They refused to respond or send it . Brides be very careful as they are extremely unreliable! Beautiful designs but sadly very flakey .
You may not see your money or your outfit. Go to a reputable designer who can manage & focus on your requirements.

Please avoid this store at all costs. It is run by frauds who will take your money and never send you what you paid for. They will ignore all your emails, calls, and messages. They delete all negative comments and questions on their social media, including Facebook and Instagram, so they can keep stealing from people.

This is not a business. It is a scam. This store needs to be reported and shut down.

Fraud khadija shah may u rotten in hell stay away from this sick lady firstly she wouldn’t send my parcel after charging me like Rs 50000 then I had to involve police and after couple of police visits she sent me damaged clothes

I did receive my overpriced dress and it is complete garbage. With a discount it was $98. It is completely man-made material. I had to take the tag off because it was so itchy but they just exposed the thread which was plastic and just kept sticking into my skin and caused a rash. Also it made a hole in the dress where the tag was. The skirt is a parachute material. Such a scam!!

I received my order and they have given me wrong colour in suit .I ordered 7A aswell as another suit .They sent me 7B.Emailed them messaged,they will not reply whatsoever.This is theur mistake.Why am i left with a suit colour i did not order

they are running a scam behind they will take your money and will never deliver clothes and promise you to refund and they wouldn't refund you they have done these with thousands of people already

Fraudulent Khadija shah she took Rs 51000 and didn’t send my order I had to call police and then she sent me order which was incomplete with a lot of holes in clothes and worst quality

Guys, don't order from here. I spent £250 online and I haven't received my clothes. I have tried calling numerous times but still got nowhere. I also messaged the company many time's on Instagram and now have been blocked from the company. Its awful, disappointing! Stay away and do not order online!

I wish I can give them a big zero. They are scammers. I ordered two lawn suits from them worth 20,000 rs more then a month ago. Just got 1 in few days. Tried contacting them via website chat, email, messenger, Instagram, whatsapp but no response from their side. Also tried their phone number on the website and WhatsApp, but it didn’t work bcz it doesn’t exist. They scam people and that’s how they run their business. They lure people into buying their stuff by dressing the celebrities and showing themselves as a luxury brand. Don’t buy from them. There are other very good clothing brands in Pakistan who if anything goes wrong will atleast communicate and work around a solution that is in your favour so don’t waste your time and money on them.

I got my Elan order a little late but I must say Elan's customer service is quite good. They stayed in touch with me all the time while I was waiting for my dress and it was very comforting. Though I was worried about the delivery of my nikah dress but I wasn't worried about the quality. I can swear on Elan's fabric and work quality and I can tell I wasn't surprised at all when I got my beautiful dress. The fabric was of fine quality , and the stitching was excellent. It made my day and I was very happy. I cant thank enough Khadija Shah and her team for creating master pieces

People who defraud others. Please do not visit this location. If you don't want to spend your money, this is the place to be.

Totally Fraud...keep away and don't waste your money

This was the worst experience of my life with Elan. I have gone through all the reviews and all of them are true. Their commitment, delivery, material of dress, from embroidery to sequence work, all of them is a big fraud. I finally got my order from the wedding collection 202 after two months of delay. When I opened it, the quality of everything was so poor that it didn't even qualify for replica. I waisted Rs. 29000 on this garbage which I cannot get even stitched. I waisted my whole time and energy corresponding and locating my order and in the end what did I get? Please be aware of this brand and its fraud. You do not get what is being displayed plus the customer service is another big disappointment.

Worst "luxury" brand. I have been waiting 2 months for my dress to arrive and have been told that it won't arrive and I can accept store credit but not a refund. They are ripping people of and their director Khadija Shah is just ignoring everyone and posting on social media when her store is full of people demanding refunds.

Elan accepted payment in November 2021 and to date has not delivered my outfit. After numerous communications, they continue to give me false assurances about delivery. Over the last two months, Elan has repeatedly lied and misled me. The event has passed and I no longer need the outfit. Now, they refuse to give me a refund and want to issue a store credit. I don't want to deal with such an unprofessional company.

What is more disturbing is how many people they have scammed. I noticed on social media how every day people with similar experiences write negative reviews for Elan which get deleted within hours. If Elan cared about its customers, it would spend time fulfilling orders rather than constantly focusing on marketing and getting new customers who they can scam. Elan considers itself a premier designer when in reality, it demands upfront payment and then clients like me are at their mercy. The underlying issue is that Elan doesn't care about it's customers or brand reputation as long as they get our money. They have been scamming people for a while now. I found a news article by Pakistan Today published on May 4, 2021 on how Elan/Zaha had taken payment but had not delivered customer's clothes. I wish I had known all this before placing my order.

I wouldn’t give any stars if that was an option. Don’t buy from them if you’re an international customer. I placed the order in august and in December they seized all communications and failed to deliver the dress. As reputable as Élan makes itself to be I’m left wondering if it’s worth buying anything online. At the end of the day it’s an international organization and we have very few recourses to get our money back. I’m thinking of contacting a fashion magazine and running a story regarding customers such as myself that are completely ghosted and ignored! I can’t imagine that I’m the only one that has been defrauded..
