eJuiceDB Arvostelua

I received the wrong order and most people would rate a low score for a honest mistake. However, I give eJuiceDB two thumbs up and 5 stars for there amazing customer service and quick fix. Shout out to Evelyn with her expertise and quick resolve in this matter! Thank you!

Very good company to buy vape products from. They ship really fast and have great pricing. Overall just a solid company to buy from.

First and foremost ejuicedb is fantastic. My husband and i are regular customers due to fast shipping and reasonable prices. Ive never had an issue with an order in the 2 years I've been ordering until recently. Their cx service was quick to respond and got my issue resolved just as fast. I expected since Their support system was thru email this would be a long drawn out experience and it certainly was not. Great customer service is hard to come by (especially working in a customer experience environment all day my expectations are already high) and this team delivered above and beyond. Thank you for the excellent service!

Always delivers on time and in tact

With some sort of system error, I was having a bunch of issues with double charges pending, etc. Missy at EB Juice helped me resolve everything! She was amazing!

Fast delivery and excellent customer service!!

I had a issue with a product and the customer service representative was amazing they helped me and was given a full refund I was a little sad that I couldn’t get a replacement because it wasn’t available but was able to get the refund I will be placing another order soon

First let me say the shipping was fast, much faster than most places i have used. I reached out to customer service, since there was an issue with my juice, and they were quick to respond every time through out our conversation. They were awsome at helping me get everything fixed and were very understanding. So if you like fast shipping, great customer service, and fair prices this is a great company to order from.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this company! If I’ve had any questions or concerns I’ve emailed them and Evelyn has responded in a very timely manner! She and the company have always been great to work with! I will always use them first, their prices are always the best hense the reason they always sell out of the favorites! Inventory increases would be my only request! ❤️

Great products at the best price I have found anywhere. Shipments have arrived timely and exactly as ordered. PLUS, Customer service is outstanding!! I placed an order and wanted to change a couple items. I emailed them and received a response very quickly and they took care of what I was asking for without question. I would definitely recommend this company and will continue to purchase my products through them.

I was sent the wrong item so I emailed explaining this and was told to email them a picture which I did. I talked to the sweetest lady named Evelyn ( shout out to Evelyn ) who returned my email in less than an hour and we worked out the issue within minutes. We did email back and forth a few times and Evelyn returned my emails right away. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I received an item that did not work.
I sent an email with a video and received instant help! The fastest customer service response I've ever received! My issue was resolved within an hour and I could not be more pleased with the help I was given! Awesome company! Lifetime customer!

I always have a great experience with this company. My go to for all my vape needs

This company is amazing! I placed an order by accident and had to cancel and everyone was extremely helpful refunding my order. Very professional and nice. I will always order from them!!

Selection is varied, customer support has been great, pricing and shipping are extremely affordable!

Very fast shipping and high quality products. On this last order, they forgot one of my vapes….i messaged them and they had it resolved very quickly and will be sending the vape out. Items are packaged well and website is user friendly. Definitely my favorite vendor to buy from.

Received incorrect order and it was handled right away. Great customer service

So this is a great company.. I have bought vapes from them for awhile. And yesterday was the first time I had an issue with a vape. It was leaking. I reached out to customer service and not even 24 hours and they are sending me a replacement! They are just awesome I have zero complaints and would recommend to anyone!

Customer service was quick and attentive when I emailed them about my missing items. Within a day they sent out replacement items. I have bought from this website multiple times and this was the first time items were missing so I don't hold that against them. Pretty good website to buy from overall.

Ordered about 20 items from the store and all but one arrived perfect. When I had reached out to support about on of the items being damaged the issue was resolved in under 30 minutes. Very satisfied with the items and the support 15/10 would recommend and will be ordering from here exclusively you’d be a fool not to.
