I have completed several orders with this company and everything went smoothly. However, my last order was lost by FedEx. When I called FedEx, they told me that they are unable to do anything for me and that the shipper had to reach out to them for a compensation and then refund me. It is clearly a lost shipping issue and FedEx does not deny that. However, I have reached out multiple times in multiple ways to this company, and they refuse to respond. This was an approximately $150 order. I will be happy to update this review if they correct this issue.

I've never had a problem with receiving my packages until this last time. I was waiting like 3.5 weeks and I emailed them to find out whats going on and it was less then 6 hours they emailed me back saying " my package was lost in transit" they asked me if I wanted refund or replacement. I said replacement, and by the end of the day I had a new package on its way. I absolutely love this place to get my vapes, they always have my flavors and you can't beat the price either.

With shipping, I am still paying five dollars cheaper on my vapes. I can confidently say that you too will be happy.

I love eJuiceDB. Their products are great. They were able to resolve my issue with my lost package. I informed them along the way with my information from FedEx directly. They were able to confirm my package was lost and then replaced my order.

I have made 2 orders through this company. The first order was great. The second order 3 vapes were defective and one was busted when I received the package. I spoke with customer service and they sent me a replacement package. Amazing customer service!!!
