I had received a device that didn’t work, reached out to them and had a response in hours! Not days, hours! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the product and process. I will never buy vapes anywhere else. I did experience an issue with Fed Ex at no fault of eJuice-however, their cs rep Evelyn, was out of this world amazing at her job and resolving my issue.
eJuice also had my flavor of disposable vape when all others were out. Their products have never let me down.

Great seller, wonderful customer service and good return policy. They are fast at shipping and resolve problems very quick. I'll keep being a customer for sure. Thank you ejuice db.

Customer service is awesome! Missy immediately resolved my issue.

I had ordered a Smok 50W Kit, but was delivered a Smok novo Kit, (in 3 days, so great shipping anyway).
I spoke to Evelyn at ejuiceDB immediately after my package arrived, and 15 mins later, the CORRECT item had a shipping label to leave the “dock” at ejuiceDB!!!!!
Great customer service online, very immediate service and correction!
I await my Smok Nord 50W Kit, and thank you to Evelyn for the OUTSTANDING customer support!!!!

Great company to deal with. Fast shipping, no hidden cost, rewards program, and great customer service

Well I had my first issue Ejuice DB, they accidently sent the wrong Juice. I sent a email to the company and within a short time the problem was resolved. I have nothing but excellent experience with juice DB, and now I got to deal with their customer service, and I must say that they are excellent as well. Great job Ejuice DB.

I have been ordering from here for awhile. My last order an item was incorrect, but Missy was so helpful and so kind and had my issue resolved in no time at all. Thank you

I ordered 20 disposable vapes, but when the order got here I was missing two. I contacted support and Missy was extremely helpful! They are sending out the two missing vapes and Missy was super nice through the entire interaction.

I’ve ordered twice and the experience has been phenomenal both times! You can’t beat the price and they have great coupon codes and sales! Highly recommended!
