3ème achat chez Eiken shop et encore une fois j'en suis plus que ravie ! Non seulement la qualité des sacs que j'ai acheté sont encore mieux que ce que j'espérais (particulièrement le cuir) mais en plus de cela, le service est irréprochable. L'équipe d'Eiken m'a toujours répondu de manière rapide et très efficace.
Ca fait vraiment plaisir de trouver des sites e-commerce à qui on peut faire confiance, merci beaucoup pour votre professionnalisme !!! Je recommande les yeux fermés

Nice product, deceptive advertising?
Unusually for me, I was taken in by a banner ad on instagram. Bought a bag for a "discount" £65 and to be honest I'm very happy with it.
But their advertising is quite deceptive - it implies this is a European company, but they're obviously made in and shipped from China. But I'm content with the quality of my purchase so it's fine.

We never hide the fact that our products were made in China. In fact, it is written on the hangtag of each product and in our FAQ (https://eikenshop.com/apps/help-center).
We ship both from France and China, depending on our stock (we're not yet a massive company (yet) with large storage facilities). We, however, developed a pretty fast air shipping line to deliver our good as much as possible (and I think you could agree on this).

Just after I bought the « Helsinki » bag I made à trip and the bag was just awesome !!
Many pockets, the leather very resistant and nonetheless, the bag is beautiful !

Great experience with Eiken
Great experience with Eiken. My wife and I were looking for outdoor gears for our next trip in Australia and we chose 2 backpacks (Goteborg and Lund) and 2 travel bags (inuvik and maika).
We received them a week after ordering. Quality is really nice, leather is outstanding and waxed canvas very sturdy. We can't wait to use them on the field.
Ps: customer care team was really helpful. I picked the wrong color and Clemence was really responsive and helped me out.
