Lovely!

Beautiful, well made, excellent materials. Very comfortable to wear. My only gripe would be that the straps sometimes slacken by themselves and I think the design would be better if the buckles were real rather than just for aesthetics.

The bag is lovely

The bag is lovely, very well made and sturdy. One small issue worth a mention; The buckles are not meant to be undone, they are just for show and attach to a magnetic stud underneath. One of the buckles fell off on its first outing and it was lost. I'm not sure how to get a replacement.

Great product

Great product - arrived quickly and as described. It is a Christmas gift for my husband so I don't yet have his opinion but I'm sure he will love it!

Intentionally misleading product description & picture

The KAORI Sport Duffle Bag I bought from Eikenshop arrived today and while I can't comment much on the durability of the product so far, I can tell this already feels like a bad purchase.
One of the features I was especially excited about was the side pocket for storing a laptop. On the product page, the manufacturer features a picture where either 14- or 15-inch MacBook Pro lays on top of the pocket to illustrate the size. In fact, it's not possible to fit in even a 13-inch laptop (tried two different models) due to the narrow pocket opening.
The worst part, in my opinion, is that Eikenshop knew this but chose to mislead prospective customers (in retrospect, it's clear why the laptop on the picture is on top of the pocket instead of inside of it).
Definitely won't buy again nor recommend this brand to anyone out of the principle.

We sorry to have "mislead" you, it is not our purpose at all. We display different information, including the total size of the bag so that our customer have an idea of what they can put inside the bag. The picture where the laptop was displayed can be indeed quite confusing and could lead to a wrong interpretation. We removed it.

You can send back your bag to us (we'll pay the return fees) so that you can enjoy a full refund!

Great backpack

Great backpack!
I chose the model GÖTEBORG and I thought the material would be a little bit lighter. Anyway the backpack looks really great, is robust and well processed!

I always wanted a bag that looked…

I always wanted a bag that looked adventurous, and the Helsinki bag is exactly what I was looking for. Delivery and the product in real life were both really nice :)

My friend liked my bag so much that he bought one of the message bags and had the same experience!

A brilliant backpack!

A brilliant backpack! I bought my Lund bag back in October and now use it every day on my commute and for weekend adventures too. It's incredibly practical with a laptop compartment and lots of pockets. It feels secure and it looks great too!
The material is really good quality and I've also received an email that details how to care for waxed canvas bags... (this was really helpful - thank you Eiken!).

Initially I was worried about the price tag but I'm so glad that I bought one - the quality is worth it, I know I won't have to buy another rucksack anytime soon.

I would thoroughly recommend these bags to all budding adventurers.

Helsiniki backpack

I got a Helsinki backpack from EIKEN and the whole experience was top notch.Communication was excellent from start to finish.Product came on time and first impressions are very positive.Wonderfull design,superb quality materials and comfort fit.Would definitely purchase more items from EIKEN.
