I purchased an item on January 10th. It was returned to the sender by the local post office on January 22nd for insufficient address, but the order clearly had the correct and full home address. The last logistical notification was on February 9th stating that it’s on its way to its final destination. Nothing updated since. I have sent 6 emails to EIGOODS. No response. They are ignoring emails.

The website is easy to navigate and teh service was excellent!

Nail trimmer is cheap crap. It's nothing like it was described. The metal cutting blade, is a small sanding disc. And the shortest it would grind your nails to a 3/16" . I want to trim my nails to less than that. My nails need trimming and they would need to grow another 1/8" for it to touch the nail. Complete crap

The company is using predatory upselling with additional “offers” without providing sufficient information to make an informed decision on and a countdown timer which does not allow more than 10 minutes to try and figure out what you are being offered as a company described “upgrade” and free shipping which actually still cost me and has a monthly recurring cost.
Buyer beware of this company!!!!
