I waited a full month for a package that never came to my house. I Asked Them To Provide Proof Of Where The Package Was Dropped Off At A Didn’t Get A Response. I contact customer service and didn’t get an answer for weeks then when I did get through to someone I was told on the 13th that it would be on the way without having a tracking number…then this morning at 1:30am I received a undated message from eigoods stating my package was delivered on the 16th impossible I have a camera facing my steps I never received my package an have been trying to contact them for a refund which nobody is reaching out to me about. I highly recommend people not to waste your time with this company

Pretty sure I was scammed by this “company.” I recieved a delivered email but nothing was delivered. I’ve sent a couple emails to explain that I haven’t seen my goods. I got a single response…”be patient.” Never again.

I accidentally received the wrong device , it was for android not I phone. Within two days I was refunded 100% of my purchase. Great customer service.

Placed and order for Easter and later discovered someone else bought it for my child so I canceled my order. It was quick, easy and professional. I truly thought I wouldn’t be able to cancel and get a refund but that is exactly what happened. The customer service was amazing and unexpected). I will plan on making future purchases with this company.

Ordered an item was told it was delivered but I never received the item Tried to send them about the problem, no response. Tried to send them an email to "customer@eigoods", mail system says not valid address. Don't see a phone number to call. Looks like I will never see a refund or the item I ordered.

They have terrible communication. The tracking number indicates it coming from China, and when it gets to the mainland, plan on it disappearing into someone's pocket along the way, if it was even ordered. They won't respond to "where is the package" since they already have your money. Save yourself some heartache, time and money and get the same product from Amazon or somewhere else that can actually deliver the product.

I was worried about whether the product would be the right thickness, but it turned out great. Big thanks to the team for chatting online and helping me select the correct item.
