Eigoods is a company with which I had a number of contacts. It never disappointed. One thing that could be improved is communication: less is better. A number of emails per day is over the top communication. Once a week or even once a month would be enough.

This company is a joke,they take your money and you get nothing in return.I will never use this company again and I suggest nobody use it unless you just want to give your money away.

This company is not good my order back in NOV 2025 has never arrived so I’m out of pocket some $80.00Cdn. In addition to that the CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS and here I am on Jan.15 2026.trying to get my money back through a unanswered dispute.

I ordered a diamond wheel for my grinder. Shipping took 3 weeks. They sent me one with metric not us threads. The return shipping costs are more than the refund I would get.

I did not receive my product. While they claim it was delivered Christmas Day, I was at the delivery address all day and no deliveries were received. I could not find a way to report it to the company.

Ordered and paid on the 10th of December. Kept getting same pattern email order is processing then same email pasted shipped . Shipping number was fake could not be found then got email says was delivered on 29th to my front porch WASNT WE HAVE CAMERAS and are always home. Messaged 34 times same pasted message thank you for understanding your goods have been delivered. TO WHO??. Will never order again poor business ethic ,no communication same copied and pasted email. Very disappointing gave 1 star because no stars were available option.

I ordered the beanie from EI goods for our son as a Christmas present. It never came. I kept writing them asking where it was and they kept stalling saying they would give me information by tracking it, but they never did. I figure since it has been more than a month since I ordered it, I will never get it.

Delivered to Los Angeles in 2 weeks, no issues. Would buy again.
