I don't send faxes often but occasionally it is essential so I maintain a subscription to eFax. Support in the past has been good and today was no exception with help from Nicoleta L and my problem was resolved quickly.

Support quickly fixed the problem. I called with an issue sending to a specific number. They debugged it (premium number issue), explained things and quickly resolved the issue. Support was very pleasant, helpful and efficient.
