Good service, prompt and clear when item despatched and could be expected. Cashmere scarf lovely and will be well received as a gift. Item arrived in largish box duly labelled with company name so would give an idea as to the content of the box. Unfortunately the box had a large gash in it that looked like it had been deliberately made in order to remove the contents was my original fear. Luckily the complimentary envelope I had requested hid the scarf or as I would hope, the box was accidentally damaged and all the delivery staff were extremely diligent and honest. May want to review packaging.
