Had the roof and walls done a couple of weeks ago now - family and friends have commented on how good the house is looking and I’m very pleased with the results.

Had our roof done last week and what a difference. Also can say from start to finish everything was straight forward and was kept well informed throughout the process.

Quite sad to be writing a review whiich is so bad as the company had every chance to receive a good review, however the complete lack of customer care and most importantly service & communication means I would highly recommend not using Roof and Wall Master. Avoid at all costs! Works on my property commenced in autumn 2025, the roof was coated but also over spray on windows which was disappointing. The chimney stripped of loose roughcast where damaged. The team left and remainder of work, which was chimney (now exposed to weather) soffitts and sills were to follow immediately. The company insisted on payment up front for works which was done for the roof at this stage. Sadly now in July 26 some 9 months later it has been impossible to get any response from Roof and Wall Master, phone calls, emails all ignored, the owner has been contacted by the sales agent who has remained in contact but still no response at all not even a call to say they will look into repairing the damage caused. We have had to reapir chimney at cost, still no response, the owner clearly does not value his clients, they offer a 10 + year guarantee but we have been unable to contact this company for 9 months - SHOCKING! and again a real shame

What a brilliant company to work with! Everything was spot on, Everything we discussed was carried out in a very professional way, the staff very plesant, workers were hard working, Everything was as discussed. Thank you for a great experience.

Had my house and garage roof done last year before winter. After the first heavy rain fall, the house roof leaked badly, damaging the ceiling inside and an internal wall that got soaked... contacted the immediately and yet it took almost 3 weeks for them to some sort it out... and even then they only repainted a smalll section of the roof, leaving us to deal with the internal damage.

Worse still, after a strong wind, their coating literally blew off from the garage ridge caps...
Got hold of Mark on 7th April to report it and book a repair.. he said he was already aware of the damage and had booked a repair job for 2nd week of May...
by 3rd week of May.. still no repair done..
contacted him again, and was told it would be done soon...
3rd week of JULY, and still no repair done....
contact him again and get told someone would contact me within 2 days to arrange to do the repair...

well almost a week later from that last story and still noone has contated me to do the repair..

they have no trouble contacting you constntly to get the deal done, but once you try get them to do anything to repair their work, then they dont want to know you !

Our neighbours hired Roof and Wall master to paint their house. They asked us to move our vehicles back a bit to make sure they were safe from any overspray. Unfortunately the spray went everywhere. Over our windows, walls, vehicles plant pots etc. The workers tried to clean it off twice with solvent but then rushed off in their van, think it was obvious they couldn’t get everything clean. Debate with the office and assurance they would sort it. Sent them quotes then they said it was more expensive than average. After that no communication from them at all. The damage runs in to 4 figures to rectify. They caused a lot of damage to our property and have just turned their back on us. Neighbour has not been very helpful. They were with holding payment but the director assured them he was going to sort it out direct with us. Once she paid the director broke off all contact. Also, despite the neighbours windows and door being screened off there is a lot of paint on them.

We had our roof done over 3 years ago but the paint covering on our ridges are flaking off. After over a year of contacting the company who promised they would make good the issue but have not responded.
They are now ignoring our calls and hanging up when we request a date for the work to be done,
The problem is either a faulty paint product or incorrect/incompetent original application.

The guys did the job over two trips
Great service and cleaned up after them selves
Always kept in loop on progress of the job
10/10 lads!

Just had roof and walls done by this Company. The reason we went with them initially was there was no hard sell. Paul came and talked us through everything and left us with estimate. A great bunch of workers. Very professional and cleared everything up. Work completed in 2 days and a couple of hours next morning to touch up areas that we didn't even notice. We would highly recommend Roof and Wallmaster.

Great experience with this company. They completed work on my walls and roof to a very high standard. The team was professional, tidy, and finished the job on time. Really happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Great company from start to finish couldn’t believe the transformation on the exterior walls and roof of my home they stuck to the time scale and completed the job thanks to brian and his team highly satisfied.
