Good quality product and great service

Lovely chat with Abs who helped with the decision making and was generally very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way trying to accommodate my wishes. Really love our woolen blanket it’s beautiful and warm.

Great customer service

I was very impressed with the quick and professional response to my order, when I discovered that one of the items from the order was missing. The company offered to send me the missing item by priority mail free of charge.

I first bought Edinburgh Cashmere in Scotland and I loved the feel and quality. Returning home, I found I forgot a few presents. Your company came immediately to mind. I couldn’t believe how fast my order came, or how carefully wrapped. Thank you.

Beautiful quality item

Such a beautiful scarf. Lightweight, warm & beautiful quality. It’s a great length & not at all bulky. I love the colours which are true to photos.
Item was carefully packaged & arrived in Australia promptly & in perfect condition.
Very happy!
