Recent purchase. Delay in arriving but when chased they couldn't do enough to help and arrived next day. Great communication and great service as well as lovely, quality items.

I recently ordered Lulu linen blend shirt size 12 it’s lovely a keeper, could possibly have sized down but I’m a 40-42 hip and wanted room and the 12 is perfect. TheBisous lip sweatshirt with deeper neck line is brilliant and another keeper bought in a 12 great fit but enough room and a bargain in the sale. To complete my order I had the Netty Notch collar cashmere blend short sleeved jumper in pink and was equally happy with this purchase. I would have ordered a 14 but all sold out so went for a 16 and whilst plenty of room did not swamp my bigger busted frame at a 34E Feel you can get away with a larger jumper but a shirt would have been too big. As over sized shirt bought in a 8 and it’s perfect.
The quality of the make is good and it comes beautifully packed and arrived very quickly. Been happy with all my Elevenloves purchases so far.

I've bought a couple of things from here and the stuff is stylish and well-made. However, and I have to have a moan here - I bought a pair of cargo trousers which were great but the first time I washed them (on a 30 temp - label did not say dry clean) they now have lost dye unevenly during the wash resulting in a marbled swirly condition and look awful. Really disappointing.

This is a small company that could teach many of the big boys how to do business. I have purchased previously and was delighted with a beautiful skirt. This time In my order I forgot to insert my money off code; I emailed the company who responded amazingly quickly and immediately adjusted the price of my order, together with a lovely email. When the items arrived (two Breton tops) they were excellent. Speedy delivery too. It really was a pleasure to do business with Hayley and her team.

I’ve bought several pieces from Eleven Loves and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. The quality and style is exceptional, and if you manage to snap something up in the sale, even better!
