I am strongly recommending never ever think to join this institution. The outside worst institute in Dubai. It has been 1 year they are not providing the licence the class waiting period is 2 months.
The head office is in Dubai industrial city. You have to spend whole day for 1 day training. Requesting RTA to cancel the institute licensing permit.

One of the worst experiences in my life, very bad experience, very bad service. Worst driving school in Dubai, they will fail you so many times so they can earn more money.

You need to waste more then half day to go there and finish class, also pick up and drop of buses every 3 hours, main office to far. In hot weather they even don’t have sits you have to stay outside, some instructors are nervous and unprofessional. Anyway I’m so sorry for myself and my time and money, which I payed.

When I registered my file they said all class will be in Satwa bus station area, after I got I need 6-7 hours to go to main office.

Waiting the parking test RTA more than 1 month cause no one is capable to do his work correctly. They asking to wait, maybe to book test we re needed 10 years ?????

There was nothing wrong with me, there was no mistake, yet I was filled. Why? Jibran Amjid Examer..no my mistake You can also ask the person who took the exam with me. There was nothing wrong with me, they still failed me..🙇🙇🙇 but no problem. .Allah is Watching 💔💔💔💔

I am shy to give even 1 star. Those who needs license within 3 months I recommend don't prefer eco drive at all....location is too far,satffs are not supportive, you will not get schedule for class or test. Worst Worst worst

Worst driving school in Dubai, they will fail you so many times so they can earn more money. Even with a very minor mistake. They will fail you. They will say this is not my business else i will pass you. Where infact they only want to get more money from you.

Really poor service, every time while trying to book RTA road test on weekend their e wallet showing empty. I lost my slots more than 3 times and again I have tk wait 1 to 2 weeks. Really not acceptable.

I wish I can give 0 star to this institute extremely unprofessional institute, do no enroll in this institute if you will that is the biggest mistake of your life you won't get the classes on time. They say they have shuttle but trust me it's not there when you need it literally. It's better you go to belhasa.

It was the worst decision of my life to start with eco drive thru are not professional at all customer service is useless and they promise to give back to back classes but will only ask u to wait after you pay , worst experience, I suggest you who is reading this review dont start with them don’t pay them they will only waste your time

One of the worst experiences of my life has been with them, not one, but more than once, and I am surprised that I registered an unlimited licence lessons and was surprised when I failed the first alignment test and wanted to book an exam. They told me that I am not registered unlimited and this wrong on those who registered me, I have to pay the exam and until they return me unlimited, I must pay it more than 2000 drh. And the service they have is so bad and uncooperative and their appointments are so far away, they tell me they take me from home when training and after enrolling it becomes the opposite. Also A trainer left me in the car 10 minutes from my training time to meet and talk to his friend!!!

Thank God for passed in driver license at the ECO Institute and thanks to the instructor Ashraf Ahmed Khdar attended to education and support me and he is the best instructor in ECO drive

They give you initial low price but after that they will make you fail many times in internal exams to pay more ( that's their policy )
You can pay less in other schools fairly

I would like to share with you that my experience with Eco Driving School is very bad. How they make me failed 6 times in the internal smart parking test. If they tell me from the first, they need to make more money, I don't have a problem,but what is happening to me, this is unreasonable, iwill complain to rta and I will withdraw my file from this school, and I do not recommend anyone to go to this school.

I want to change my instructor and they asked me to pay 😂😂😂 is this joke what is happening with this school no experience at all

The Worse Drive school in Dubai , they know you drive well bet still they need to fail you ,so they can earn more money, it was very bad experience with them ,after I paid 3000 , unfortunately I don't like to continue with them

They will tell you upon the payment that everything is unlimited, no hidden or other payments. Only to find out there would be extra fees for weekend tests and whenever rta file expire they'll just tell you, customer service especifically "up to you if you won't pay, then you wont be able to proceed other classes" their sales are misleading and incompetent don't ever take the unlimited package, calculating tge extra fees overall, you will be shock you're paying more than their vip rate.

Once you join then everything is over. They will be fined for their mistake. It seems to be ECO (Expensive Customers Only). I am experiencing.
