Worst instructor and he asked me are you drunk

If you wants to lose yours self respect with un professional staff.. Then chose this school...they are treating their student like a criminals.. I had a very worst experience... I feel very bad and embarrassed...the way how they are behaving its make yourself anger .. But one good part office staff, and lecturer thay are very good.and so professionals. But out side.. Workers worst worst..

worst school ever i would say , they are just consentrarting on money and fees , the customer service is not good at all , they will keep you failing your RTA test , if you gonna join with them consider a year or more

The worst service ever from karama branch. Please dont join here.. No service and never picks the call.. Trying calling.. then join..

worst experience they came up with new bills today asking to pay per class amount on weekends the agent which on boarded me has mentioned all this will be included in the payment of 7.5k Lumsum package now i need to pay additional 200 aed , please make sure everything before signup with them , its litterly made me upset and the customer care dont help at all

Particularly facing issues in app due to which I was unable to schedule highway classes . I called customer care and asked the scheduling team to book on behalf of me. I asked them on weekdays to book evening classes which they mistakenly book for morning ones. A working person who already told them that I will reach Al nada Dubai after 8pm why would I book for morning classes .
And now they denying their mistake ,no proof of audio where I can review, also have to pay the charges which is not acceptable , until unless I don’t pay charges I can’t book classes. In order to hear the audio I have to travel jebel ali,which in turn will cost money and time. What kind of service and justice is this.

Extremely bad customer service. The people on phone promises something else and when you go to head office it’s a completely different story.
People talk rudely when you ask for clarification and no respect for anyone. They are just here to make money and nothing else.

Customer service is very unprofessional! Spoke to Karim, not even sure if that really his name. Spoke to him at 10:37 AM today and no help was offered at all. We have not been able to book a final road test for 5 days straight because of prerequisite issues but he just told us to try again after 30 minutes. Did not even offered to check what’s going on even when we insisted that is has been the same issue for 5 DAYS!!! He even have the audacity to end the call and say exactly this line “What can I do” when I ask him what’s gonna happen if issue will just be the same after checking with rta. The audacity and the unprofessionallism is unacceptable! I am not even sure if they are being trained and monitored by their management!!

Nice instructor's good and understanding keep it up Mr javed and Rizwan forklift instructor's through you guys now am licensed heavy forklifter

Eco is worst driving school in terms of service, they said they have free shuttle bus but u have to wait 4 hours to return back to home, they dont have enough staff so u wont get slots as per your timings, very unprofessional school, so many small issus you have to face, plz plz dont enroll

كارثة ضيعت وقتي و فلوسي كلها قريب 10.000 درهم أكلوها مني و البعد من ديسمبر حتى الآن كل مرة يخرجولك قانون جديد والله لا أنصحكم بها تتعبون كثيرا

Worst experience ever – don’t waste your time with these guys!
Paid AED 7,300 for a “full package” but ended up paying more for eye test, learning permit renewal, and weekend test bookings. Nothing was mentioned before payment. Total scam and zero transparency. Stay away!

I want to share my experience about satwa branch. The school building is very clean and cars also and instructor Muhammad waseem he is very good calm and humble person and he got very good driving and teaching skills i’m glad to got license from eco drive

Horrible driving school. The customer service do not bother to respond and they charge extra money for no reason. Doesn’t even inform the students about any update in policy.

I don't recommend it at all, very bad experience, their customer service and app not good at all. I paid and still not updated in my portal since 4 days.

Cons:
I would give it only two starts, its kinda mess, located in industrial area which can be good place to learn about hazards and has many kind of roads but also bad as most road signs are totally faded, so its not easy to judge your position during your RTA test. they seem to have some nasty and rude instructors you really have to be "the boss" and give out to them to chill and not shout, if you are a weakling they will drain your confident so yes, tell them out! and threat with complain to the manager if they start being rude. I don't see its good idea way to join unless you are really close to them or its convenient to go there. I regretted my decision to join as I could have done a better job and even cheapers at another school.
Another thing is be careful at the RTA yard test from some of their guys it the middle of the yard shouting to go there or move there they are not supposed to be there to give you instructions but to assist during collision or to clear the yard. just do not listen to them and just follow the RTA instructions on the screen and move on from test to test even if you failed one they might cause you frustration and ulimitally failure. so totally ignore them as if they don't exist.

Pros:
The have transportation covers all Dubai they can pick you up and return you. they also have pretty good and dedicated instructors -

So its not all bad but they really should do much better

The school accepts students with no assurance of slots for RTA either road or parking test. You have to wait for weeks and even months until you acquire your slots and end up failing coz the student awaits for weeks with no practice. Most likely ,you will have your license with in a year or more than that. Don't expect for anything good as expect it for the worst. They will ask your payment without any slots.
