Echelon Fitness UK Arvostelua 

I purchased an Echelon EX3 bike in their offer sale with free iPad and other accessories.
I have received everything apart from a bike, one month trial membership is currently running and 2 weeks on I still have no bike, no expected delivery date & no communication whatsoever from Echelon to tell me what’s happening?!

Then you keep sending me an email asking me to review my purchase ??!!!!

So you should hardly be surprised that I have to give this 1 star review !

Have been a rider with Echelon for over a year and was very happy with the product until recently. They have just changed the content that UK riders can access. We used to have access to all the US rides both live and on demand. Now they have restricted this so only some US rides are available to UK riders. Not good when the UK rides don't suit your schedule and you prefer the US instructors. No real explanation why this has happened. If the rides are still taking place why can't everyone access them?

Purchased Echelon bike fifteen months ago, first thirteen months fantastic and really impressed.
Then resistance started to fail, was told bike was out of warranty and there would be a £99 call out
Fee plus parts, engineer eventually arrived and could not access the internals as couldn’t remove the crank. Report to be uploaded to customer service within 24/48 hours, 5 days later no report to customer service and response is still awaiting report, with the caviat that “if the bike cannot be repaired then there would be no further support we could provide”, meanwhile echelon have a full years subscription paid that I cannot use.

Got my bike connected to my iPad, paid the subscription went to do a workout i clicked on a video workout to do and it said I’d need a subscription for it, it’s an absolute waste of time and money, would not recommend.

Be warned. You cannot track stats or adjust resistance without creating an account. You can't sign up via the app store (as that way you could cancel a subscription via the app store). You can only sign up online. There is no free sign up option, only a choice of subscriptions, £30 pm, £300pa or £479pa. Each come with a 45 day free trial and say you can cancel online. You cannot. You CANNOT cancel your subscription online at all. You can upgrade online (of course) at the click of a button but to cancel you have to ring customer services who don't answer or email customer services who don't reply. Check out complaints forums online to find this is a common complaint. Leaves a sour taste and is a dirty tactic to make it harder to cancel.

Great delivery team and gave accurate time of arrival.
Bike was easy to put together and set up.

I am loving the classes so far and just enjoying trying different instructors and styles out

I have no qualms with the Echelon bike itself however the subscription to the various classes is extremely poor . The overall package is very ‘unuser’ friendly . Poor quality music accompanies
Average workouts whilst not giving you the option to play your own music through the echelon app
Would not recommend and am about to return my echelon bike and cancel my subscription.

A very good exercise bike well constructed bit of kit that looks to be built to last

Excellent service throughout shipping process, love everything about the bike so far.

May I say that although the bike issue has yet to be resolved (replacement arriving on Tuesdsy) the customer service and willingness to get this resolved from Echelon has been of the highest order. Excellent, old fashion over the phone customer service. Feel looked after.

Order went through quickly. Kept well informed during the process. Good communication via text messaging and emails. Delivery proceeded quickly with no problems.

The machine was supposedly in stock, yet has still not shipped and it’s been 8 days. The company keeps wanting me to be “excited” about a machine I don’t even have…..once I contacted them and they realised, the company responded really well and my machine is now on its way

Brought a bike 16 months ago, the bike is not built to last, the bottle holder broke within 3 months. The seat has split and the resistance knob does not work properly but as it's out of warranty Echelon do not care and want to charge for everything. Overall the bike is of poor quality and customer service is very poor. You expect a bike of this price to last longer than 16 months. The customer service have a don't care attitude.

Ordered the EX3 Bike and very impressed with delivery service, extremely quick and efficient. Even took the bike upstairs. Bike is now set up and there are so many classes to chose from live or on demand there is always something to suit a busy day.

Great product. Plenty of class choice. Instructors are good and the choice of a 2yr membership at discount rate is a great idea. An assembly service would tip it to 5 stars.

Amazing bike, very high end quality. Magnetic resistance and pedalling feels much more realistic than cheap spin bikes in the gym. Delivery was professional and so is customer support. I would recommend echelon bikes to anyone. Even managed to convince my brother to buy one.
