Fab bike - easy setup - great classes

If you are thinking about buying a smart bike and haven’t yet then hesitate no longer! They are a game changer, the classes are great, the bike is excellent quality and I can’t fault it at all. I’m a total novice when it comes to cycling and the echelon has made the experience really fun and engaging. I can now work out from home when ever I want to and get decent results too. Thank you echelon!

Very very disappointed, my subscription was up for renewal which I had forgotten about, they tried to take £399 from my account which declined due to insufficient funds, I emailed them the same day to cancel my subscription which I received an email to acknowledge my subscription was cancelled, in the last 5 days, they have attempted to take the £399 payment ANOTHER 3 Times, each time an email has been sent and ignored, a very very disappointed customer!!!

Lacks live cycling events/rides like Zwift, also cannot connect to Zwift either or my Garmin watch

Delivery was great. The bike itself does feel less sturdy than others within the category, but looking forward to putting through its paces. Having posted this on the day of delivery, the bike broke within 24 hours! Fingers crossed it'll work second time round.

Had a few hiccups with a couple of bikes having knocking issues but customer service replaced and everything turned out. Good in the end.

What can I say I’ve had my bike almost a year and I’ve never been, happier, fitter, slimmer or more content. I’ve recommended the echelon bike to friends and I’ve half a dozen friends who after seeing me after lock down raced out to buy one. I know there not cheap but we receive exactly what we pay for amazing equipment, fantastic instructors and great customer service from everyone I’ve dealt with - AND the Echelon community where do I start first class, you can get support and advice from 1000s of us with all levels of ability.
Five stars all round from me.

Excellent service prompt delivery and easy to set up just unpacked and plugged in

App keeps saying wi-fi is weak when it is not. Doesn't save my workouts at the end of session. Says connected to Strava but doesn't share workout details.

After purchasing an echelon bike I thought I was buying a quality exercise bike that would last me many years. Unfortunately, it has only managed just past one year. Having called the aftercare service about it and contacting them multiple times, it will now cost me a £99 callout fee alone for them to assess the problem. It seems to have a power issue so the machine is completely useless.

I cannot recommend this company.

Helpful after sales ( Kelly and Nicole in U.K.) so far but the screen doesn’t work or connect so I can’t use the bike despite starting an annual subscription

Really impressed. I've used the Pelaton bike and was worried about going for what was a cheaper option... I shouldn't have been. I prefer the EX-5 to the Pelaton bike and I think the Echelon fit app is as good as Pelaton (loads of on demand and live classes and great instructors) and half the price because I paid for 2 years upfront. Happy customer!!

Ordered before Christmas and the bike is still not here despite numerous emails and promises of getting the issue sorted. So disappointed!!

New to Echelon and love my bike and my classes. I always think reviews are most helpful when something has gone wrong and that is this review! I am one of those fools who reversed thread my left pedal. Loving my classes I decided to step up to cleat only pedals, but couldn't remove my left pedal from the crank arm. I read a lot of reviews about how you can't get parts, etc. I rang Echelon UK direct. I got a super helpful phone response (Kerryanne) and a minute or two later a direct email intro to the delightful Debbie in services support. Debbie had it sorted in a few more moments and replacement parts where on the way. This in the middle of Xmas/NY holidays etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Debbie and it was all done with a minimum of fuss. I really just wanted to add this review as I had read a few reviews that people felt there was no support for their Echelon bike (mine is a Connect Ex5s). Easily the best after sales service I have had for years! I actually moved from Peleton to Echelon due to basically having to write my Peleton off after a post-warranty issue. Sure, they may not always have parts immediately hand, but I am certain they will do their best to help. I now love my Echelon more!

Ordered the ex-3 bike following the extensive social media advertising the free apple 3 watch promotion. On receiving the watch it was covered in scratches on the back and I discovered that it was a refurbished model. This is not made clear on any of the adverts and is obscurely buried in the middle of hard to find terms and conditions. Also the apparent value of the watch quoted in the advert (£179) is for a brand new apple 3 watch not a refurbished model which you can get for about £130. This is incredibly misleading.

I contacted echelon to complain and waited a day for a response. When they did get back to me their solution? Return the apple watch and have the bike for exactly the same price. How does that constitute good customer service? I was incredibly disappointed with the response and the lack of logic apparent in their proposed solution.

Needless to say I've cancelled my order and I'll go to peloton where I'll hopefully get a much better experience.

Excellent bike and classes. Bike (ex3) is great value as you aren’t paying for an extra screen so can just use an iPad. Classes are varied with clear instruction and fun enthusiastic coaches. So many saved classes you can always find something. Been on the bike every day since we bought it! Superb.

We ordered a bike from the website. Was very easy to navigate and stroll through, information for each piece of equipment was easy to understand and help choose. Buying was just as easy. Straight to checkout and payment taken. Was kept informed of order states via emails and was made aware of when our equipment was due to be delivered. Once received it was easy to put together and within 30 mins was up and cycling via the app which we chose to take out the monthly subscription so we could have the choice to join in live rides or go on self scenic rides which ever one they are all fantastic. The machine and the app are brilliant and we are enjoying the use of this everyday.

although initially I was offered a pre Christmas delivery 7 days before, on 23/12 was informed would be after Chistmas due to shortage of drivers. I connected with customer service and they immediately expedited a revised delivery date for 24/12, which I was constantly kept informed about and confirmed via email, plus carriers communicated on day of delivery hour by hour. Excellent impressive customer service highly recommended. BP
