Pedido no recibido , efectivamente no lo he recibido y parece que no saben donde está, ahora ya si que no volveré a comprar porque ahora me exigen que firme un papel declarando que no lo he recibido y no miento, porque si miento podría ir a la cárcel, muy fuerte, no he recibido el pedido ni nunca ha llegado al punto que solicité, si es tan complicado que lo solucionen o que me devuelvan el dinero dejo constancia y pondré una queja a la OCU

Lamentamos saber que no recibió su paquete y que su experiencia con nosotros fue tan negativa. Esto no cumple con nuestros estándares.
Según nuestra información, el problema ya estaba resuelto. Evidentemente, hubo un malentendido, y por ello le pedimos disculpas.
Comprendemos su frustración, también con respecto a la firma. Es un procedimiento habitual para prevenir fraudes, pero entendemos que sea una molestia. En ningún momento insinuamos que usted mienta.
Délai livraison
Les délais de livraison sont catastrophiques … annulation, report … je commande depuis plus de 2 ans. Plus le temps passe plus les délais s’allongent. Je vais changer de site.

Poor custumer services
placed an order with them in May 2025 for 2 eyeliners and a blusher, the delivery price was £6, when I received the parcel there were not eyeliners wich was very dissapointing as I planned to used them for an event, I contacted them to let them know I had only received 1 of 3 items on the Friday i received my parcel, I had a reply a few days later, they say they were sorry, can you send photos of the box for us to investigate? By then the box had been flattened and in my recycling bag, due for the recycling bins, luckily still in my kitchen, so I sent photos, I assured them the eyeliners weren't there and no gaps in the box, as they asked to make sure.
At this point I wasn't offered a full refund, I asked if they could please refund me the delivery price £6 since I only received one item of 3. They said No, we can't because you received one item. I also searched my emails for a receipt for my order, turns out they had not sent me a receipt for my purchase, I didn't expect any problems with my order so I didn't realised not invoice had been sent
I requested for them to send one and they did. I asked if I would be getting a replacement for the eyeliners or a refund, they say a refund but not delivery included. I asked if they would offer a full refund delivery included as a goodwill gesture after all the inconvenience and dissapointment but they say no.
In overall this was one of my worse online shopping experiences and I won't be placing another order with them in the future or recommend Ecco verde to friends.

Carton ouvert - produits manquants
J'ai reçu ma commande hier alors que je n'étais pas chez moi. En arrivant je vois que le carton était ouvert : sur les 9 produits commandés, il n'y en a que 5. Le carton a vraisemblablement été ouvert puisqu'il ne montre pas de signes d'écrasement et il n'y a pas de coulures (bouteilles à l'intérieur).
J'ai immédiatement envoyé une réclamation à Ecco-verde et au transporteur (Colis-privé) avec photos à l'appui.
J'espère qu'Ecco-verde procédera à un remboursement ou à un renvoi des produits manquants, parce qu'une perte de 50€ sur une commande à 100€, ce n'est pas négligeable.

Palm Oil in Savon du Midi Products
This is actually a review of a product range that Ecco Verde supplies, rather than Ecco Verde itself. I have been buying Savon du Midi soaps for many years because they are made with natural ingredients and are suitable for vegans. Now I notice that the soaps include palm oil derivatives in their ingredients. I am shocked and outraged that a product range that prides itself on ethics has chosen to jump on the palm oil bandwagon. Palm oil production is NOT sustainable or ethical because it destroys animal habitats and replaces them with enormous swathes of same-crop non-diversity. I will NOT buy any product that flouts environmental ethics; I will no longer buy Savon du Midi products. My two star award is a reflection of Ecco Verde's choice to stock palm oil-derived products. My award for Savon du Midi would be one star.

Siempre problemas transporte y no envian las muestras.
Ya he hecho dos pedidos y siempre hay problemas con las empresas de transporte, y luego te dicen que elijas muestras,pierdes el tiempo y no te envian ni una, y esto de las muestras es la tercera vez, compro productos por que tienen cosas que a mi me gustan, pero ya hubo un pedido que tuve que anular, por que no habia manera que me lo entregaran, me lo enviaban a otra ciudad y lo recogieron y otra vez a la misma ciudad. Tuve que anular el pedido.
Deberían cambiar las empresas de transporte, y poner las muestras que dicen. Gracias

My favorite online shop
I am a returning customer for over 6 years now and I feel very lucky to have found this online shop. Huge range of eco products, great prices (cheaper than in stores), fast shipment (usually 7 days maximum, my last order came within 3 days). Seems like they have good customer service (as I only had to contact them once), resolved my issue with damaged product (which wasn't even their fault) to my satisfaction. I cannot understand why their rating is so low here, keep up the great work Ecco Verde guys!

Déçue au fil du temps
J'avais découvert ce site il y a quelques années, je commande de temps en temps car les produits sont super mais c'est la troisième commande qui arrive en retard depuis la prise en charge par colis privé ( qui refile ensuite le colis à la poste) et la dernière que je viens de recevoir, les produits sont arrivés dans un état catastrophique, j'ai bien sûr envoyer un mail de suite avec photos mais apparemment ça n'a pas l'air de les inquiéter, plusieurs produits dont j'avais besoin sont inutilisables. De plus, aucun numéro de téléphone pour les contacter. C'était ma dernière commande.

I really don't get the negative reviews. I have been ordering from this company for many years. I have never had a problem. They have the best prices for the products I buy (a lot of Lavera products), the delivery is usually very fast and the one time I had to contact the customer service, they were very helpful and sorted the problem out (one item arrived broken). For me, this company has been great.

SCAM!
SCAM!! first they couldn’t find my address ! Then it was broken / damaged . How they know this at source I don’t know as it’s still not here . They only send generic e mails. They don’t respond . I have got a refund from my bank after contacting the fraud team. I hope this is seriously investigated as the other reviews that don’t say scam must be fake . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !
