Prima ervaring met ecco-verde
Besteld bij ecco-verde, verzending vanuit Oostenrijk dus duurt wat langer, maar voor mij geen probleem en de prijzen zijn erg goed. Alles is netjes verpakt aangekomen, nog een paar dagen eerder dan aangegeven op de website.

The worst store I have ever shopped at
The worst store I have ever shopped at! First, I waited nearly a month for my package. I exchanged over 15 emails with customer service, only to receive conflicting information every single time. The store couldn't make up its mind: first, they claimed the parcel was stuck with the courier and they would handle it; then, they told me I had to resolve the issue with the courier myself.
When the package finally arrived, it was completely damaged. However, I can't even return it because EccoVerde initiated a return on my profile themselves, which prevents me from generating a return label. I've been shopping online for years at various stores, but I have never wasted this much time or energy on a single order. I strongly advise against shopping here!

I’m glad I found this company that stocks I+M Berlin products. The items I ordered were carefully packaged and no plastics were used, but what I was mostly impressed with was their customer service as they were attentive throughout the delivery process. Thank you!

Attention entreprise peu professionnelle!
Commande faite le 08/12/2025 expédiée le 18/12/2025. Aujourd'hui 01/02/2026 toujours pas de livraison! Mail de réclamation envoyé le 14/01/26 sans aucune réponse de leur part! Il semble évident que la relation clientèle ne fait pas partie des standards de qualité de cette entreprise. J'étais client depuis plusieurs années et c'est le premier problème que je rencontre mais il est sur que ce sera le dernier.

Los productos son buenos pero mejor comprarlos en otro sitio
Los productos son buenos, la atencion al cliente por email es realmente buena, contestan muy rapido y educadamente, pero no te resuelven nada.
Pagué por unos gastos de envio a domicilio, la empresa contrato el envio mas barato que existe (tipo carta) al no caber el paquete en el buzon la empresa de mensajeria lo deposita en su oficina a varios kilometros de mi casa.
Si cuando compro algo elijo entrega a domicilio y pago por ello si no lo envias con esas condiciones me estas estafando dinero. Te estas lucrando con lo que ahorras contratando un envio que no se va a producir a domicilio.
Tambien ponen que envian muestras y no es verdad ( yo no quiero muestras) pero simplemente no lo pongais, a nadie le gusta que le engañen.

Ich bestelle schon seit einigen Jahren bei Ecco Verde und hatte noch nie Probleme. Die Artikel kamen immer sorgfältig verpackt und schnell an.
Sollte sich was verzögern wird man sofort per Mail informiert. Die Auswahl ist groß und abwechslungsreich. Ich hatte noch nie Qualitätsmängel oder ähnliches.
Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wenn man Kosmetik online bestellt, sollte einem klar sein, dass man diese nicht einfach im geöffneten Zustand zurücksenden kann. Zum Ausprobieren einfach mal die Augen nach Minis aufhalten. Da gibts bei Ecco Verde auch ganz viele ;)

service client efficace
J’ai rencontré un souci avec ma commande : le livreur ( colis privé...) avait déposé le colis chez quelqu’un d’autre et celui-ci est resté sous la pluie. J’ai contacté le service après-vente, qui a géré la situation de manière très professionnelle et rapide. Ils ont immédiatement proposé de renvoyer les produits, gratuitement et à leurs frais. Un service client efficace, à l’écoute et vraiment sérieux. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Good service and products
I've been a customer of Ecco Verde for years and I have always been satisfied with my purchases. I've experienced with other webshops where they packed the wrong products etc. but it has never happened with Ecco Verde. And if it happened that I received a product that has been leaking, I got a new replacement. So in general, I'm happy with their service as well :-).

No hacen entregas a Canarias
Viviendo en España Peninsular siempre he comprado en Ecco Verde, y siempre he estado satisfecha con los productos, precios y entregas. Pero ahora me he trasladado a vivir en Canarias, y resulta que cuando fui a hacer mi pedido habitual de mis productos favoritos, en mi tienda favorita de cosmética natural online... Me sale un mensaje diciendo que ya no hacen envíos a Canarias. Me parece lamentable, ya que tiene pinta de que tendré que renunciar a los productos que habitualmente uso y dejar de comprar en Ecco Verde por esta limitación. Através del servicio de atención al cliente no he encontrado la manera de poner esta reclamación específica, razón por la cual la pongo aquí. Ojalá me escuchen y reconsideren esto de no hacer envíos a Canarias. No me importaría pagar más para que me lo entregaran aquí, lo que me molesta es tener que renunciar a comprar en la tienda, y buscarme un competidor sustituto. Cuanto a Ecco Verde, parece ser que perdieron una clienta fiel por ésta razón.

I emailed to say and I got 2 forms to sign online..3rd time round got another form same on Previous but wanted me to print it off sign it and post it back to them!!!!!!! Imagine that!
