eBusiness Guru Limited Arvostelua

We have been working alongside EBG for four years now during which they have always been on hand to offer excellent advice, support development to both our website and marketplaces and thereby contribute to the success of Alterego Fancy Dress. We are not particularly IT savvy and we have been very grateful for their unending patience helping us work through a number of issues which to us were quite challenging. Having a dedicated account manager ensures a personalised approach, continuity, and a sense that our business matters to EBG, a trusted partner indeed

We use EBG for our Linnworks and Magento hosting and support. Their support team are knowledgeable and responsive. I also appreciate that you can talk to the same person each time rather than go through to a large team who do not know your account and history. Issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Great Service, worked well with our team, good support throughout the project and after also. Would recommend them definitely.

Ebusiness guru, always there whenever we need IT support. We can count them as our own team of IT professionals. All the team members are very friendly and cooperating, they take the ownership of the issue and resolve promptly. I have recommended their service to my friend in the past and he is happy as well.

Good service, Good pricing too.
When you have issue with your website, they will get it done for you asap.

We have been working with EBG for few years now on a wide number of projects and we strongly recommend them. They are very approachable and unlike some other IT firms very fair with their charges.

Great to work with, the support is invaluable

IF YOU NEED ANY HELP WITH YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO COME TO

TRUSTED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND FRIENDLY

At Ace Car Parts Limited, We sell Brand New Aftermarket parts for the motor industry, Wing Mirrors, Mirror Glass, Mirror Covers, Headlights, Rear Lights, Fog Lights, Performance Lights, Window Regultors to name a few, we were using Turbo Lister for all our eBay listings and got to a stage where we had out grown this and managing stock and daily listings was becoming a bind.

We had done our research and were recommended to look at using Linnworks to manage our eBay store, Shipping and stock control for us.

We evaluated the product for 30 days and decided it was the right product for us and was then introduced to E Business Guru who is a Linnworks Business Partner and custom web design & development company.

eBusiness Guru made the implementation of Linnworks painless, they have very knowledgeable members of staff who go above and beyond to make sure you get the system working to meet and fit your specific business needs.

There were some initial teething problems in getting the system to work exactly how we need it to, but eBusiness Guru helped us through these every step of the way and we are now happily using the system to run our AutoParts Business controlling our stock of over 20,000 products from multiple suppliers at a click of a button.

We are that happy with the service provided by eBusiness Guru on the Linnworks implementation, we have since had then design our eBay store and have now instructed them to design and build our brand new site.

We have been working with eBusiness Guru for a couple of years now. We worked together in variety of different sections of eCommerce from Web design and development to market place developments and etc. They have always been helpful, professional and honest. We are delighted with their service and definitely recommend them to all size businesses. Thanks again Tony H

Ebusinessguru is a real guru of ebusiness, very high quality efficient service with quick resolution for any day to day query arrive
Very helpful and friendly customer services with high quality of IT knowledge

Very helpful staff.
I have been with the company from more than 2 years now and have to admit the fact that the business guru customer support is among the best I have ever experienced. I am almost always amassed that who ever I speak with on the phone (If ever I'm having a problem with my linnworks account) always knows exactly how things work. This might be nothing special for others but I've had bad experiences with many other customer support staff. Lol. Also, very little waiting time and all with their helpline.
Also, the help/training provided by business guru and my account managers HE HAS and IMRAN, at the time of set-up and till date is extraordinary. 100%recommended !

Excellent bunch of people, who go out of their way to understand your needs and provide cost effective solutions. Their up to date depth of knowledge helps in making the right decisions.

TJ is an easy person to talk to without overpowering you with jargon or condescending - a rare trait in IT world. The support team is equally on point.

Projects usually complete on time, as long as they have the customer's full co-operation in providing timely info and feedback.

I have been dealing with eBusiness Guru for over 10 years now and have never looked back.

I have being using Ebusinss Guru for the past 5 years and I wouldn't change my web supplier. They are professional, fast and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone, no website is too big or small and no challenge is impossible. If you can think it eBusiness Guru will make it.
