Avoid this company
Having finished my iva and never missing a payment, I am now being hounded for more money. 1 it was I’ve missed this months payment, when I explained it was finished last month, it was then an old payment now it’s from 2022. I spoke with them to make the last payment and was told it was finished and up to date. I would choose a different company as this one is not genuine

This company are a nightmare to work…
This company are a nightmare to work with.
After arranging an iva over a year ago, they persistently sent a direct debit reminder from an old insolvent account. After many attempts to try and resolve the issue by sending updated account details to them, they failed to do it . So as a temporary measure they sent a payment link to my phone, where I paid manually. All seemed ok. Then that ceased in May 26. I had no correspondence from them until recently, where I said I needed to pay over £400 due to missed payments. I gave them an updated direct debit instruction. And recently I had an email stating i was in breach of the arrangement...
This situation could have easily been avoided...very bad situation to find myself in..
