The minute the phone was picked up up by customer service specialist soovidha Goorah she paid attention to what I had to say and immediately identified what I needed to get , which I myself didn’t know . I asked questions which I didn’t understand what to do with the information that was given to me had soovisha took her time to explain it to me that was so helpful , soovidha was also patience as well thanks you for your great customer experience. As a flight attendant I know when am getting a genuine customer service which was given to me by soovidha Goorah .

Always have extremely friendly staff answering the phones. Plus you don't have to wait long before your call is answered. Would highly recommend Ebengate to anyone struggling with there bills.
