Good customer service, Our trip was extremely easy. The car was ready in advance, paperwork took less than 10 minutes, and the Renault traffic was perfect for our team of six. Comfortable, economical, and reliable. We will definitely rent again.

My husband and I booked a car for our holiday trip, and we were both registered as drivers. Everything was perfectly organized and the car was new, clean and ready on time. The easy rent Bulgaria team was very kind and made the process easy from start to finish. Our deposit was returned without any delay. Thank you for a great service.

Hello, trust all other reviews and stay away from this company. I rented a car from them and after returning it, they refused to do inspection in front of me and subsequently added a lot of damages. Additionally, they also did not return my deposit for more than 2 months. Thankfully I took videos and pictures of the car so I was able to take my money back.

Very bad experience, they're cheap for a reason. Best to go with a reputable company.

I’ve rented a couple of times with Easyrent but not any more. One can somehow live with the old and smelly cars they provide since the price is low. But the last time they gave me a car with a defect rear sensor. The alarm went on every time the reverse gear was engaged, no matter if there was an obstacle or not.
I also had issues with the deposit refund, which they charge and not block to the credit card. It took me months to get my money back after a long and tiring series of complaints.
But the worse was when I received by mail a speeding traffic fine from the Bulgarian authorities. It turns out the car that commited the violation had different plate numbers than the car I rented, but Easyrent had still given the police my information and details of my driving license. I contacted Easyrent by phone and demanded they give the authorities the correct name of the driver. They were very rude and asked me to send the complaint by email. I did so and never got a reply.

One month after rental, I'm still chasing Easy Rent for my deposit refund despite no damage to their vehicle. Can someone advise me how to force this company to refund my money please?

I use this company often and I’m very satisfied. They offer the best prices in Bulgaria, the deposit is only 200 EUR, and their office is conveniently located inside the arrival hall at the airport.

Cuando tengo que viajar a Bulgaria uso los servicios de esa empresa. Puesto que son profesionales y siempre te atienden con una sonrisa y los coches muy bien cuidados. Le doy un 10. Totalmente recomendable y de confianza.

The best car rental company

Nous avons loué une voiture à l'aéroport de Sofia le 19 septembre 2025 que nous avons restitué le 30 septembre 2025.La voiture bien que kilométré et avec beaucoup d'impact de carrosserie a fait le Job.A ce jour et plus de trente jours après la restitution nous sommes toujours dans l'attente du remboursement de la caution et ce malgré l'envoi de deux mails!!!!!!
Pratique commerciale plus que bizarre!!!

Имахме изключително неприятно изживяване с фирмата Easy Rent Sofia. Още при връщането ни увериха, че депозитът ще бъде възстановен след 20 дни. След като този срок изтече и все още не бяхме получили парите, се свързахме с офиса им по телефона. Вместо съдействие, получихме неуважително отношение от техен служител на име Даниел – повишен тон, прекъсване на разговора и отказ да помогне. Оттам нататък започнаха да ни дават противоречива информация: първо, че трябвало да изчакаме 20 *работни* дни, после, че депозитът бил вече „освободен“. В продължение на две седмици ни уверяваха, че парите са върнати, но това не беше вярно.
Поискахме доказателство и те изпратиха снимка на касовата бележка, но нарочно беше отрязана частта, на която се вижда датата. След като настояхме за пълната бележка, така и не я предоставиха. Едва след като заявихме, че ще подадем официална жалба до Комисията за защита на потребителите, депозитът беше реално възстановен – очевидно едва тогава предприеха действия.
Подобно отношение е напълно непрофесионално и некоректно към клиентите. Не препоръчваме Easy Rent Sofia, особено ако цените точност, прозрачност и уважение към клиента.

We had a very unpleasant experience with Easy Rent Sofia. We rented a car for one week and returned it in perfect condition on September 6th. At the time, we were assured that our deposit would be refunded within 20 days. After that period passed and we hadn’t received anything, we called their office. Unfortunately, the employee we spoke to, named Daniel, was rude, unhelpful, and repeatedly hung up the phone while we tried to explain the situation.
From that point on, we were given contradictory information – first they said we should wait another 20 working days, then they claimed the deposit had already been “released”. For about two weeks, they kept telling us the refund had been processed, which was not true. When we requested proof, they sent a cropped photo of the card receipt, deliberately hiding the date of the transaction. Despite asking multiple times for the full receipt, they never provided it. Only after we informed them that we would file a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Commission did the deposit actually appear back in our account — clearly processed only after that warning.
The entire experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and honesty. We do not recommend Easy Rent Sofia if you value proper communication, transparency, and respect for customers.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy negativa con Easy Rent Sofia. Alquilamos un coche por una semana y lo devolvimos en perfecto estado el 6 de septiembre. En ese momento nos aseguraron que el depósito sería devuelto en un plazo de 20 días. Pasado ese tiempo, el dinero no había llegado y llamamos a la oficina. El empleado con el que hablamos, llamado Daniel, fue grosero, poco profesional y colgó el teléfono varias veces mientras intentábamos explicar la situación.
A partir de ahí, empezaron a darnos información contradictoria: primero dijeron que había que esperar otros 20 días laborables, luego afirmaron que el depósito ya había sido “liberado”. Durante unas dos semanas nos estuvieron diciendo que el reembolso ya estaba hecho, lo cual era falso. Cuando pedimos una prueba, enviaron una foto recortada del recibo de la tarjeta, ocultando la fecha de la operación. Aunque solicitamos varias veces el recibo completo, nunca nos lo enviaron. Solo después de advertirles que presentaríamos una queja formal ante la Comisión de Protección al Consumidor, el dinero fue finalmente devuelto — claramente solo después de esa advertencia.
La falta de transparencia y profesionalidad fue evidente durante todo el proceso. No recomendamos Easy Rent Sofia a quienes valoren un trato honesto y un servicio al cliente responsable.

Nous avons loué à Easy rent Bulgaria une voiture du 6 au 25 Août 2025 à l'Aéroport de Sofia avec une assurance tous risques.

La voiture avait une carrosserie abimée à de nombreux endroits , kilométrage élevé , intérieur vétuste .
Après 20 km de route , nous avons ramené la voiture à l'agence car le cardan de la roue avant droite était très bruyant (risque de casse à tout moment) .Nous avions 2500 km à parcourir.
Retour à l'aéroport de Sofia .
Le personnel de l'agence nous ont proposé une autre voiture aussi abimée en carrosserie et avec en plus un parebrise fissuré sur 30 cm. Nous avons refusé de la prendre. Après 30 minutes de discussion , ils nous ont proposés une autre voiture un peu moins abimée .
Après 5 minutes de conduite , le voyant pneus dégonflés s'est allumé . Arrêt chez un garagiste pour le regonflage des pneus.
Nous constatons que le réservoir de carburant est à moitié vide .
La voiture qui était très vétuste n'avait plus de suspension arrière , le phare avant droit et les essuies glaces ne fonctionnaient pas ,
Il nous avait dit que la voiture avait été contrôlée et le plein de carburant fait.

Huit jours plus tard , en regardant les vignettes sur le parebrise , je constate que le contrôle technique est périmé.Nous avons appelé Easy rent Bulgaria pour demandé de changer la voiture . Ils ont refusés et demandés de continuer à rouler sans soucier de cela . Ils ont dit qu'ils paieraient l'amende si nous étions arrêtés par la police . Nous leur avons proposé de faire passer le contrôle technique mais qu'ils devaient nous envoyer la carte d'immatriculation pour celui-ci.
Nous avons été bloqué 4 jours au même endroit sans utiliser la voiture, le temps de recevoir la carte d'immatriculation et de réaliser le contrôle technique .
Lorsque nous avons rendu la voiture nous avons demandé qu'ils nous dédommagent pour les quatre jours bloqués sans possibilité d'utiliser la voiture ainsi que le remplissage du carburant et le regonflage pneus . Ils ont dit Non.

my experience after having few with other with other renting companies at Sofia's airport.
EasyRentBulgaria, perfectly situated at terminal 2 between other companies. Without booking, they gave me the best quotation, in 5 minutes I have booked the car. The deposit was just 400 BGL. The car was an automatic Hyundai Bayon, I would say perfect, almost brand new. Car park just 3 minutes walk from the airport. The only reason I gave 4 stars, it is because they gave back my deposit after more than 30 calendar days. It is actually wrote in their renting conditions that the deposit is given back after 20 to 30 working days. Apart of this, highly recommended. See you November.

Easy liars Rent a car scammers , You may don’t know that I can check my bank account at anytime with internet banking . You forgot to say you didn’t answer to my request of evidence . You still playing with my deposit. Continue to with this answer it is destroying your reputation. I told you verify on Facebook the number of your victims. Solve this issue as soon as possible and don’t let it get worse than it is already . Look at your rating on Trustpilot it is awful.

Very disappointing experience with this car rental company.
The car I received was in terrible condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and not as described.
On top of that, my deposit has still not been refunded, even though I returned the car without any damage.
Completely unprofessional service — I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
