EasyJet Arvostelua 61

EasyJet a modifié notre vol aller Bordeaux-Marrakech de 6 heures (17h25 → 11h25), rendant le voyage impossible. Malgré le Règlement européen CE 261/2004 qui nous donne clairement droit au remboursement intégral, la compagnie refuse depuis des semaines.
Au fil des contacts : un agent qui clôture le chat sans solution, un autre qui se moque de nous au téléphone et raccroche, des promesses de rappel jamais tenues, des agents condescendants qui répètent comme des robots "c'est notre politique".
Leurs propres agents ont confirmé par écrit 3 modifications de vol à leur initiative. Leur réponse ? Un geste commercial partiel sans valeur.
Dossier transmis au Centre Européen des Consommateurs (réf. ECCFR-133422) et signalement DGCCRF déposé.
À chaque problème, EasyJet mise sur l'épuisement du client. Ne les laissez pas gagner.

EasyJet - katastophale Fluggesellschaft!
Unser Flug am 28.08.2025 von Basel nach Palma wurde ohne Informationen einfach so, 10 Min vor dem Boarding, annulliert. Danach - NICHTS!! Keine Untersützung, keine Kontaktmöglichkeiten, wir wurden alleine gelassen. Daraufhin haben wir umgebucht (Swiss), ein Transfer nach Zürich organisiert, eine zusätzliche Hotelnacht gebucht, und dazu hatten wir noch Mehrkosten.
Entschädigung durch EasyJet? Vergesst es, liebe Leser!
Ich und meine Frau werden NIE WIEDER mit EasyJet fliegen! Und ich werde überall negative Posts setzen. Das geht einfach so nicht!

EasyJet is unreliable.

They canceled our flight to Gran Canaria for no reason, They did not tell us why. We booked very early and had to fly on specific dates because of a cruise. Naturally, it was a lot of stress because we had to book new flights, but not with EasyJet, because they didn't have flights on the exact dates., which we booked before.

This is the mail we received:

1. Switch to another flight for free

You can switch to another flight to the same destination for free. If there are no direct flights available on your original route, you can also search for flights to or from nearby airports within the same country.

2. You can get a voucher for the full value of your booking

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and give you the flexibility to book travel anywhere on our network.

3. You can get a refund for the full value of your booking

Refunds will be paid to the account you made the booking with. We're processing refund requests within 7 days, and they may take a few extra days to come through to your bank account.

The easiest and quickest way to choose the option you'd like is by logging into your booking using our mobile app or through Manage Bookings on our website.

We did ask for compensation, but Easylet says:
After reviewing your file, I can confirm that you have opted for a refund following the cancellation. Our policy is that once a refund or voucher is chosen, customers are no longer traveling with easyJet and are therefore not eligible for reimbursement for accommodation, alternative transportation, or other related costs.

So you can see it’s very easy for easyjet to cancel flight and nobody gets compensation, of course we want our money in return and no vouchers. Easyjet didn’t offer us accommodation or whatever!
Easyjet has all the security and the customer is left empty-handed and with a lot of stress.
EASYJET ITS COST US €300 EXTRA AND YOU DON’T CARE.

EasyJet était pour moi la top compagnie et je suis une grande voyageuse. Gentils, sympa, rarement de retards (ça peut arriver à tout le monde), magnifique rapport qualité-prix, hyper réactifs et facile à contacter et surtout tellement à l'écoute. Et puis là, c'est le désastre. Impossible d'avoir des reinsegnements, difficile de les contacter, personnel incompétent, agressif et sans aucun respect qui répond depuis le Maroc. Mauvaise gestion des leurs dossiers, promesses pas réspectées. J'espère que la désorganisation actuelle dans leur service clients à terre, ne soit pas le miroir de leur gestion de leur vols....

I would give a no star option if this was possible. We boarded our easyJet flight from Bristol to Antalya full of excitement for our family holiday. Instead, we spent five hours stuck on the aircraft before the flight was finally cancelled.

The reasons for the delay kept changing and included:
• Around 40 minutes of air traffic control restrictions (understandable and outside easyJet’s control).
• A technical fault with the aircraft door not closing properly.
• Crew running out of permitted working hours due to delays.
• Cabin crew sickness during the delay.
• An unresolved issue preventing the aircraft from being released for pushback.

All of these problems combined left us sitting on the plane for hours, only to be told the flight would not operate at all.

During the long wait, no food was offered (in fact requests were declined) — the only refreshment was warm water. This fell far below the legal duty of care airlines owe to passengers during major delays.

To make matters worse, both my daughters have severe nut allergies, yet towards the end of the delay, passengers were openly eating nuts on board. No precautions were made by the crew, which caused me extreme anxiety given the health risks in a confined cabin.

In the end, our holiday was completely ruined. easyJet has since refused to compensate us, even though the majority of the delay was due to reasons well within their control (technical faults, staff shortages, sickness).
I am also £500 worth of Tesco Vouchers down, as EasyJet have failed to return my credit, despite numerous emails, to which I have had no response.

I am now escalating my case beyond easyJet because the way we were treated was unacceptable — both in terms of the delay itself and the total lack of care for passengers’ welfare and safety.

EasyJet hat seine eigenen Maßangaben und macht sich ein Sport draus die Leute extra bezahlen zu lassen. Passt gut auf und bucht lieber schon mal vorher extra Gepäck dazu!!
Dazu kommt das unfreundliche Personal, das einem direkt erstmal die Reise ruiniert, auf die man sich doch so freut.
Werde in Zukunft lieber etwas mehr zahlen als noch einmal mit EasyJet zu fliegen.

Tissu de la poussette déchiré, base du siège auto cassé, on nous dit à l’aéroport de remplir le formulaire en ligne et aucune réponse et le cas est clôturé, malgré les messages toujours pas de réponse. En voyageant avec Swiss nous n’avons pas eu de problème.

Impossible de faire une réclamation, formulaire qui fonctionne pas et quand on appelle " on s occupe pas de ça " ...
Nous sommes rentrés donc e..gros on a pris vos sous maintenant on s'en fou ....

EasyJet Holiday refuse de rembourser l'acompte de la réservation suite à sa décision d'annuler le vol prévu pour un séjour à Lanzarote du 07 au 18/01/2026. Dossier 0170392545. Le contact du 05/07/25 au tel 0977407770 à 14h55 nous a envoyé balader. impossible de poser une réclamation sur leur site internet. Soyez très méfiant avec EasyJet Holiday, ils vous prennent pour un pigeon.

Flug palma - basel 2 x!!!!! annuliert, erst bei anwesenheit der passagiere. Beim ersten flug sogar nach boarding. Null information über weiteres vorgehen, gepäck?? Unterkunft, da ersatzflug erst am nächsten tag?? Dann unterkunft mit kakerlaken, ersatzflug abflug erst als verspätet angegeben nach verlangter ckeckin-zeit auf flughafen, nochmals um 1.10 std nach hinten verschoben, dann info, dass crew gesucht werde🙈, nann info, dass die ingenieure noch tests durchfühen und schlussendlich wurde der flug annuliert, dies erst um 0.30 uhr definitiv. Hinweis auf möglichkeit bei einer anderen flughesellschaft zu buchen oder am nächsten tag um 13.00 zurückzufliegen.

Katastrophal, ganz sicher nie nie mehr😡

unglaublich. keine Entschuldigung, keine Entschädigung. nix: Anschlussflug verpasst- vom Anschlussflughafen keine Möglichkeit, einen anderen Flug zu Buchen, also Taxi plus Unterkunft, plus am nächsten Tag per Zug an die Destination: easyjet sagt nur: der Flug war ja NUR 2h Verspätet, ab 3h hätte es Entschädigung gegeben. BILLIG BILLIG BILLIG- spare und buche woanders!!!!

Easyjet the last time I wrote a review you asked me to expand so you could learn the problem. You have not responded at all. Instead my daughter informs me easyjet manger has banned me for five years.i can not believe this. Yes the police was called and I was escorted of the plane for questioning, subsequently it was not an arrestable offence and was sent on my way.a All I have done is called the crew a bunch of idiots and substandard crew.. why I explained that I was using the sm toilet and had to say excuse me as three members od your crew was standing right outside the toilets.whilst being in the toilet they opened the door and burst out laughing,I quickly got myself together and went back to my seat.never moved again.they kept laughing staring I was in row 4.
No apologising just laughing, when I pulled them up I was ignored.why? I do not know.i now believe iam being discriminated. You have not even bothered to contact necabout the situation justva banning order?

Esperienza pessima con EasyJet. Al gate mi hanno fatto pagare 58 euro perché il mio bagaglio a mano non rientrava perfettamente nel misuratore, sforando di pochissimi millimetri. Era un trolley piccolo, chiaramente adatto alla cabina, ma il personale si è mostrato intransigente e poco comprensivo.. È evidente che si tratta di una tattica per fare cassa, non certo di sicurezza o ordine a bordo.
Mai più con EasyJet. Meglio spendere qualcosa in più e viaggiare con chi tratta i clienti con rispetto e non come bancomat ambulanti.

Une taxe de 58 € par valise en cabine alors que celle-ci était conforme
A priori on me signale que les dimensions ont été récemment changées
Je trouve cela un peu fort sachant que j'en avais deux donc 116 € pour débuter un voyage pour un mariage . Quand j'appelle EASYJET on me dit que c'est l'aéroport et quand j'appelle l'aéroport on me dit c'est easyjet. De qui se moque-t-on ?

De plus cette taxe est dûe 1 fois à l'aller et 1 fois au retour alors que l'allée retour est avec la même compagnie.

De plus le personnel n'était pas sympathique

Absolut konformes Gepäck wurde willkürlich als zu gross bemessen und mit 58 Euro belastet. Reinste Abzocke. Nie wieder eysy jet!

Ein katastrophalen Kundenservice ! Nach 11 Anrufe und jedesmal 30 Minuten in der Warteschlange konnte ich mein Flug nicht ändern ! Am nächsten Tag dasselbe ! Und dazu habe ich als Mitglied der Easyjet plus angerufen und mich legitimitiert! Ich weiß es nicht wofür ich 290 Euro pro Jahr per easyjetplud bezahle!

Si je pouvais mettre 0 je le ferai, je vais vous énumérer uniquement les points les plus ahurissants pour être gentille :

- les RETARDS, je n’ai jamais vu ça, je vis entre Londres et Paris depuis peu et je voyage tous les mois, j’ai dû prendre easyJet 10x et à chaque fois il y avait entre 1h30 et 2h30 d’attente, et bien sûr quand ils voient que on approche des 2h ils vous scan votre billet et vous font attendre debout dans le tunnel d’embarquement pour une autre heure histoire de tempérer :)))
- Le personnel à l’aéroport, extrêmement nonchalants
- à l’heure où je vous parle je suis assise pour un vol Londres Paris et mon siège est cassé, on m’a dit ne pouvoir rien faire pour moi :)
- Aucune transparence ni suivi de la compagnie, les affichages ne correspondent pas également
- le personnel essaie de vous faire payer un supplément pour vos bagages même quand vous êtes dans les règles, petit conseil ne vous laissez pas faire

Voilà, j’espère que l’entreprise fera faillite bisou.

Never had a flight without having a problem - I’ve lost luggage and the flights are always delayed. Useless!
