Eastmonts' exceptional customer service is beyond anything that I have experienced in a long time! After needing to adjust my order/return a product, they were quick to respond and so incredibly kind! I hope to find products to order from the in the future!

I ordered the product almost one month ago, I only received the confirmation order email and after that nothing at all.
I found exactly the same product in Amazon for 14 euros ( 23 euros less) and it arrived 4 days after.
Never order here .

Thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a present for my sister from this website with what they describe as Santa speed shipping. The tracking froze and they replied very slowly, not to mention there is no customer service phone line! So now I am going into Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with no presents for my sister because of their lack service and terrible shipping times. I ordered over 10 days ago. Safe to say I would never be ordering here again, maybe their Santa speed shipping will arrive for Christmas 2026….

Amazing company with great customer support. I needed help with a return and I was nicely taken care of. Their team responds quickly and is very informative!

I had to return as my son bought his family the eastmounts for Christmas, they refunded my money and told me to gift them to someone else . Very kind gesture.

The Eastmonts Ski Tunes headband is great quality and worth the buy! The customer service is also extremely kind and helpful!

The order was sent and I received a tracking link but then at the 14th of December I stopped moving at the airport of Amsterdam I guess. It has been 5 business days in between and no movement yet! Reached out to customer service but zero response! Their gos my Christmas presents, a lot of money wasted!!!

I ordered eastmonts tunes 2 weeks ago and no sign of them . I have sent numerous emails but they will not answer me. This site is a total scam and I have lost a lot of money. Please do not use them

Il mio pacco risulta fermo in aeroporto in Italia dall 11 dicembre...ho scritto 2 giorni fa al servizio clienti e non mi ha risposto nessuno. Meno male che ho pagato con Paypal così apro subito una contestazione per avere il rimborso per pacco mai consegnato.

I accidentally ordered the wrong number of items. I sent an email to them and they responded within a day and adjusted my order with no issues.

These were horrible. I tried to return them and the customer service people argued with me over several emails. I wouldn’t waste my money on this product. I feel stolen from. They do not allow you to return them when you find out the product sucks.

Genius to enable you to join enjoy music on the pistes or other sporting activities, the mountain but without the risk of earbuds in the years, and the concern about not hearing other peripheral noises e.g. traffic, other skiers etc . Heartily recommend

so so kind to chat with! they responded to my emails within the same day. they were very helpful, as i needed to return my order. they offered to let me keep my item even with a full refund. they were respectful, king, professional, and great to talk to. the ski tunes also works wonderfully! my boyfriend (i gifted to him) just couldnt fit them under his helmit because of his curly hair. the sound quality is amazing and its a very neat product. 10/10 recommend!
