Eastmonts Arvostelua

Customer service was very helpful

I can’t explain how fantastic the customer service is! I ordered two skitunes, but one came defective. I contacted customer service and they not only sent me a new pair, but gave me 10% cash back on my order! I recommend their products and this company is the best!

I had a wonderful experience with this company’s customer service. I needed help returning a product that was a gift—my family just wasn’t interested—and they made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. They were kind, responsive, and truly understanding. Customer service like this is rare and very much appreciated!

Eastmonts customer service was exceptional and very accommodating! I will definitely order from them again!

I ordered ski tunes for a Christmas gift. The product was great however we had a problem with the fit. My husband has an extra large head and felt the ski tunes were too tight. The company was very accommodating and made the refund extremely easy.

Very great.
The service was very helpful and accommodating

Great company to deal with. Really happy with their customer service.

Great communication with support staff and incredible generosity from management.

Great product, easy ordering, fast delivery and very professional and helpful customer service that responds in a timely manner! Great company! Thank you.

We had a Lil hiccup up with delivery but when brought to the attention of the staff it was tracked and fixed and delivered very quickly

My boyz really love how comfortable they are and fit under there helmet when they hit the slopes

Great customer service that actually responds!!

My family ordered the Eastmonts headphones for Christmas gift. Long story short we over ordered. They were quick to address my request for refund. We have not put in play on the slopes yet we did play around the house and very happy with quality. I would definately recommend.

Quick, easy, generous and incredible service. Thank you....

I recently purchased Eastmonts Ski Tunes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of the product was perfect for use while skiing/snowboarding.

What really sets Eastmonts apart, though, is the customer service. The team was friendly, and offer helpful advice. Communication was clear, and turnaround time was fast.

I highly recommend Eastmonts Ski Tunes

Customer service is AMAZING. Prompt and flexible. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

Exceptional customer service and communication. Delivery was a bit delayed, but I couldn’t be more pleased with how it was handled.

Excellent customer service! Revina was incredibly responsive and kind. We can't wait to use our new gear!

Took a little bit to arrive, but definitely worth it!

While they weren’t the best fit for me, my sister loves hers. Wore them every day out skiing and said the sound quality was really good. She also said they kept her ears really warm.
