We’re sorry to hear you felt this way, but we want to clarify that payment for your work was processed and completed in line with our agreed terms.

We understand that waiting for payment can be frustrating, especially if communication wasn’t as clear as it should have been, and we’re actively working to improve that side of our process.

If there’s anything further you’d like to discuss or if you believe there’s been a misunderstanding, please don’t hesitate to get in touch directly. We’d be happy to speak with you.

Kind regards,
The Easefix Team

I couldn't be more pleased with this app! I needed a tradesman to fix a broken gate, and this app made the process so easy. It was super user-friendly, and I was able to quickly find a tradesman. The tradesman who came was on time, professional, and fixed the gate perfectly. Highly recommend this app for anyone needing reliable and skilled help.
