Elke keer ben je lang bezig met een enquete en dan sluit de enquete niet goed af en krijg je geen punten. Uitermate irritant.
De helpdesk is slechts een korte stop om je af te poeieren, maar onderhand hebben ze wel al je gegevens. Aangezien ik dit zeer regelmatig heb meegemaakt wil ik anderen helpen voorkomen, dat ze net als ik zo teleurgesteld worden.

Was completing surveys for many years with little or no problems. Then had lots of problems logging in even though I knew my password was correct. Out of the blue I was told my account had been permanently suspended. I asked why and requested they produce the evidence as to why my account was suspended. They said they were not at liberty to tell me even though in a previous email they said they would if I requested.

I have been collecting nectar points for a while and find this an interesting way to collect points. At the same time the surveys are varied and very interesting

I love e rewards. I get a lot of points that reduces my shopping bills at Sainsbury or I can use them at Argos.

i have used e rewards for many years now, and find it good to give my opinions, and the rewards help me pay for shopping/fuel etc. I like the continuity of surveys arriving. Thanks guys

I have used E-Rewards for a long time and they have been very helpful. A small issue I had sometime ago was resolved with great curtesy. Also the system allows you to 'safe' for special treats.

THEY CHEAT on surveys!!!!! You do whole surveys and don't get points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They block accounts for no reason and take money from surveyors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this group, I was with them for a while and withdrew rewards once I got to £5. Left it for a while and still did surveys, built up to about £40 in vouchers so I withdrew the maximum £30 and they suspended my account then closed it without any reason why. No one responds to complaints and no reimbursement for the points I had left. So they’re getting paid by the companies but not paying out!!! SCAM!!

Site is a scam, i have a £10 voucher to claim, they want to verify using a passport or driving license, i dont think so, if you have a data breach then what. its a joke its a survbey site, you are not applying to work for MI5

This site is one big scam, let me explain, they require a photo id passport driving license, then a selfie, this all to claim a gift voucher, i am not prepared to do that so i will not be doing any more surveys, look what happened to another survey site Swagbucks, they had a data breach so potentially your personal details could get into the wrong hands

I would advise anyone not to join, lately I have spent a long time answering surveys taking all the information only to be told on completion that you do not qualify. This morning for example, attempted about 10 surveys completed 4 paid for one, seems to me it’s a big scam these survey sites should be regulated, especially when the time given to complete a survey is 15 minutes longer than advertised

You cannot DELETE your account it can only be inactive (stop sending you surveys) but still keep your information/data to sell to 3rd parties.
Customer services completely ignore your requests to DELETE your account and any/all data they have and just repeat "your account is inactive if you'd like to activate your account, you can do so online" data scam, avoid.

Has been a total joke now for several months.For instance I FINISHED 4 surveys in a row which should’ve given me 1200 points instead at the end of each of them I was told I didn’t fit the criteria which was ridiculous as it thanked me for completing the survey and the answers were “recorded”.There are numerous other issues like they start by saying it’s a 15 minute survey but when you start it then says 25 minutes and that’s after answering the qualifying questions.

Lately I have found I've spent time completing a survey all the way to the end. On the final page it thanks me for my participation hit enter to submit your answers only to have my answers accepted but the points denied "Sorry on this particular occasion you haven't qualified for the survey". I've been a member since 2017, previous years this happened about once or twice every quarter now this problem happens once every few days. The survey points awarded per survey are very fair when you actually receive them. The reward redemption is excellent so very safe & secure with a 2 step authentication. You need a lot of patience for this site.

Bonjour, je viens de terminer une enquête qui a complété mes points. J'ai demandé l'attribution de ma récompense qui n'apparaît pas dans la rubrique "historique des récompenses". Cela dit, j'aime beaucoup les sondages qui me sont proposés.

Great way to earn extra nectar points and give your opinion on various topics.
However....
Many surveys are long and repetitive and on more than one occasion now I have spent 20+ minutes completing surveys in their entirety only for it to malfunction at the end and not reward me.
Contacted staff both times only for them to say I didn't qualify when I literally have screenshots of the technical issue proving it completed but caused an error going back to their rewards page.
Extremely frustrating to basically be called a liar and for nobody to be looking into it and also a waste of my time
