Habe Fussballschuhe bestellt.Sind ein Tag früher angekommen als angesagt.Mein Sohn ist über glücklich.Danke für die schnelle Lieferung.

Es wurde groß mit 10% auf die nächste Bestellung geworben, wenn man sich für den Newsletter anmelden würde.
Nach der Anmeldung passierte gar nichts und bis heute war dieser Rabatt nicht einzulösen. Auf der Seite stand lediglich, dass man erfolgreich registriert wurde und die erste Werbemail ließ auch nicht lange auf sich warten. Bezüglich eines Rabattcodes o.ä. kam gar nichts. Die Lieferung dauert ungewöhnlich lange.

Es hat alles super geklappt, von der Bestellung bis hin zur Lieferung. Die Schuhe sehen genauso aus wie abgebildet und gefallen mir wirklich sehr gut!!!

Needed to return some click and collect items. This has to be done via eg Inpost locker service as shops no longer able to accept c&c returns.
I didn’t get full refund so raised issue , once I could find an email address which was not easy to find ! After spurious AI generated notes, they did an alleged “ full” investigation stating they had CCTV that showed I had not returned all items I said I had and the bag hadn’t been tampered with by anyone else. I raised a formal complaint - no change - and then used “ resolver” an independent 3rd party. Same response …. Until some time later it appears they did raise the issue with Inpost , and my item was deemed “ lost in transit “ with them …. Had I not been persistent I would not have received my legitimate £50 refund .Sports Direct need to enable customers to return click and collect items to store face to face . And improve their awful customer service . Be VERY careful if buying on line if there’s any chance you’ll need to return items.

Hallo, ich bin sehr zufrieden und Qualität sehr gut und Service super. Es ist einfach zu empfehlen. Danke für die super , zufriedene Leistung.

Vorgestern per Express bestellt, heute da. Ware top. Expresszuschlag hat sich gelohnt. Alles bestens. Hatte etwas Zweifel aufgrund der teilweise negativen Bewertungen und der Zahlung per PayPal. Hier lief alles wunderbar ohne Probleme. Ware ist wie gewünscht, kam binnen 2 Tagen aus UK und wird behalten.

Das erste Mal über Sports Direct bestellt, und kann nix negatives berichten. Am Sonntag bestellt, und am Freitag Mittag waren die Schuhe aus England da. Die Schuhe sind so wie auf der Internetseite.
Das nächste mal wieder.

I would strongly urge others to be cautious when purchasing from Sports Direct.

I returned items in their original packaging, with all labels intact, and in a condition consistent with normal inspection. I do not smoke, yet my return was rejected on the basis of an alleged “cigarette smell” — a claim that is completely false and unsupported by any evidence.

What is even more concerning is the inconsistency in their handling of my return. I was initially told that my parcel had not been received, only for them to later claim it had been “thoroughly examined” and rejected. This raises serious concerns about their internal processes and credibility.

They have also alleged that a non-Sports Direct item was included in my return, which I categorically deny. This suggests either poor warehouse handling or a complete breakdown in their returns system.

At no point have they provided:
• Any photographic evidence
• Any inspection records
• Any proof whatsoever to support their claims

Instead, they have simply refused the refund.

This is not just poor customer service — it appears to be a deliberate attempt to avoid issuing a valid refund, which may be in breach of consumer law.

I am now pursuing this matter through:
• My bank (chargeback)
• The County Court
• Regulatory bodies

If you value your money and want a fair returns process, I would seriously reconsider shopping here.

Sports direct is an established Retail Company from the UK. I always felt valued as a customer when shopping in one of their stores

Perfekt - besser geht nicht

Is Sports Direct in trouble? My local store in Beverley never has many customers. Employ young staff with little to no Customer Care skills. With a high turnover of staff. Trained to pretend to be tidying up when keeping an eye on you. As if a potential shop lifter. Very off putting. It happens time and time again. No shopping pleasure. No wonder paying customers shop more online elsewhere. Not a happy customer. I would like to know how they would cope if a flash mob went in and cleared their shelves. Probably run home to mummy. This company is not recommended. Shop elsewhere.
